Spacious old well-preserved apartment in a great location

Pros: The location is really great, close to the train station and the city center with many shops and restaurants. The apartment is old but well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds have comfortable mattresses.

Cons: The apartment was quite cold in January, an extra blanket would have been useful. There is a double blanket on the double beds, it wasn't very comfortable for us because we're not used to that. There is no wardrobe in the bedroom with bathroom, we had nowhere to put coats and clothes.

Treat it as it is - an old and uncared-for gem!

Pros: The location is great, it is close to the train station, the city center and to many restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and well compartmentalized, having a large living room, a big hallway and two bathrooms. The check in and the instructions provided are really easy to read&do and the communication with the host was great. The apartment has everything you need, from silverware and glasses, to dishwasher and a washing machine and some toiletries in each bathroom (shampoo, hand washing soap and body wash). We were allowed to collect the keys earlier, at 2 PM, 3 hours before the official check-in and luckily the apartment was ready! Also, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks, which is a nice way to welcome the guests - it was really appreciated! The internet connection worked just fine, even with 7 people connected all at once.

Cons: A major problem for both bathrooms is the shower draining!!! It is clogged in both bathrooms and the water was coming out of the showers. Also we couldn’t find a mop to help with the water. For the big bathroom (the one with the washing machine) there are a few more issues: - the water from the shower comes in “waves”, a few seconds hot water, a few seconds cold water and so on. It needs a serious plumbing work. - in the instructions it said to not throw toilet paper in the toilet but there was no garbage can in that bathroom. - the window curtain is seriously broken, it was a matter of privacy :(. - the walls need a re-do ASAP. While the bedsheets and most of the beds were great, in the first bedroom (the double one without the bedroom), the bed was broken. Unfortunately the friends that got that bedroom were disappointed and they could’t rest too well. Other than all of these, we were left with only 3 garbage bags, which was an inconvenience and the cleaning could’ve been better but it is understandable that the apartment is very old and some parts are just degraded and not dirty. If you prefer a quiet sleep, do not get the bedroom (the triple one) on the right, as it is above the street and it can get very noisy. Overall, I think that 8 is a very, very good rate from our side, as we had two major issues (the bathrooms and the broken bed), but the vacation was very nice and no one left the apartment too bitter. However, it needs some repairing ASAP, as it is a shame of what a gem it can be and how poorly it is being treated.

Pros: Logement très spacieux, calme, et emplacement idéal : en plein coeur de nice, à 10min à pied de la gare et à deux pas des lignes de tram, proche de la plage. L'appartement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et l'accès y est facile, RAS.

Un bel établissement pour un séjour en famille à la ville

Pros: Super emplacement et quartier calme. Chambres spacieuses et lumineuses

Cons: Équipements dans la cuisine assez rudimentaires (pas assez de bols pour tout le monde au petit déjeuner par exemple). Alaises sur les lits en plastique ce qui tient chaud et est très désagréable.
