Pros: Bathroom was excellent - large, wall to wall mirrors and a super design of a shower. Location is very good - equidistant (10-15 minutes) between the station and the beach - and the madness of the Old Town.

Cons: You have to hand over €700 in cash as a deposit - you get it back but.....

We really enjoyed the apartment, it was of a good standard and would like to return

Pros: I thought the apartment itself was spacious, clean and perfect for 4 people.

Cons: The hob was broken and the air conditioning wasn't particularly powerful.

Pros: A great, large apartment, perfect for our family. Had all the amenities needed.

Cons: A bit of renovation and TLC is needed for such as expensive flat. The bathroom clearly needs some restoration.

Good experience in Nice

Pros: It’s clean and spacious for 4 people or a family to live. The location is very good, in the city center and near to the beach, also have supermarkets and some local restaurants nearby. Besides, the householder is so kind, the last day took us the the airport.

Cons: The Wi-Fi sometimes doesn’t work. And reply sometimes slow

Excellent séjour.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé dans Nice : proche de la gare, de la vieille ville, de la promenade des anglais, de supermarchés et d'une boulangerie. Bonne literie. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire.

Cons: Équipement cuisine un peu juste : manque des casseroles (faitouts en mauvais état), une louche, une essoreuse à salade et des assiettes à dessert en nombre suffisant pour 4 personnes.

Pros: Nice merkezine, plajlara, marketlere yürüme mesafesinde ve çok konforlu bir konaklama oldu. Tesis yetkilisi civarı çok güzel tarif etti, otopark sistemini ayrıntılı anlatarak yardımcı oldu. Kendisine tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelirsek yine tercih ederiz, artık Nice' te bir evimiz var 😉

Pied à terre impeccablement situé

Pros: Localisation parfaite et grand appartement, avec la climatisation indispensable en été à Nice. 1er etage avec ascenseur. Supermarché et boulangerie à 2min à pied.

Cons: Salle de bain grande, avec douche et baignoire mais à refaire à court terme car devient vétuste (peinture qui cloque)

We an excellent time staying at the Palais Haydee. It was in a perfect location with lots of space.

Pros: Excellent location with a short walk to the beach, train station, or city center. Lots of space for the price and helpful amenities like washing machine and fridge.

Cons: Some of the rooms got pretty hot and at times the AC couldn't keep up. Also, would have been nice to have a top sheet on the beds to give some 'space' between the body and duvet cover.
