Fantastic location just off Promenade d’anglais

Pros: Fabulous, central location.just behind Negresco Hotel. 2 mins walk to the beach. A block to walking street.

Cons: Small double bed. Sofa bed not that comfortable. Description details need to be updated. There is no separate bedroom. The bed and sofa bed are in the living room as pictured. Bed is also a double not a queen as stated. Advertised check in and check out times must be adhered to. They are both advertised as 12pm yet we were told by the owner that check in was 3pm and check out was 11am. Also, the fact that this unit is in the holiday rental pool is kept hush hush. Which gets annoying as paying guests to be questioned by the concierge and treated suspiciously by other residents in the building.

Magical 3 days!! I just loved the apartment and all the walkable sights, swimming and beach view restaurants!

Pros: Absolutely breathtaking beautiful location! A very grand old building and a very unique experience!! My hosts were very helpful when I had trouble with the lock and key system that was unfamiliar to me!!

Cons: Struggled with the lock and key system on the door for awhile but once I got familiar with it was fine! Might be worth giving non Europeans a heads up on how to deal with the lock system!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Very nice stay!!

Pros: LOCATION!! The hosts were very prompt in responding to us. The room was comfortable. There was air conditioning after the long hot days outside! There is a very cool egg chair. The beds were comfortable so we slept well. While there really is only one bed, the couch folds out to a bed. My teenage daughter slept there and found it comfortable.

Cons: The pictures presented left questions about the view out the window. I admit that I assumed by the pictures on the add that there was a view of the water, but I didn't ask because the location was important to us regardless of the view. We kept the curtains pulled the whole time because there is no delightful view from the window. There was difficulty accessing the apartment. In part, I didn't read the directions with the detail I should have, as well as there was some confusion that the hosts explained that occurred the previous night and some changes occurred to the routine pattern of operation. Just one of those things that is not a huge issue except when very hot and exhausted seems bigger at the moment. It took us about 45 minutes to access the flat. The elevator didn't work properly which was difficult, but the secondary way around to the flat we utilized thereafter and it was great!!!

Pros: Близькість розташування до моря, комфортний номер, хоча для сім’ї з 4-х людей, можливо трошки замалий. Ідеально працює кондиціонер. Кухня хоча невелика, але обладнана всім необхідним, але є потреба в оновленні посуди.

Cons: Можливо, потрібен телевізор і бракувало чашок для кави🫣.
