Ideal for us

Pros: Spacious, comfortable bed,basic amenities ,could do with a bit of decorating great location to central Nice, restaurants and the beach

Cons: Lack of natural light,shower leaked and blocked basin in bathroom ,which we managed to unblock

Pros: No breacfast.This is mentioned in offer.Great location.2 minutes from the beach, 1 minut from Massena palace, 10 minutes wolk to Marche au fleurs and old sity.!0 minutes from place Massema and shoping street.Very well euiped. I will come again

Pros: einmal im Rückgebäude, bzw. unterm Dach von Negresco zu weilen ist das Highlight Alles unkompliziert

Cons: Das Appartement ist dunkel, das Fenster geht zum Innenhof und hat eine große Klimaanlage direkt davor, diese hört man auch Tag und Nacht/ ist aber okay
