Great! Ever

Pros: Its our 2nd year stay here, very accessible to market, bakery, pharmacy, bus station, and of course its front beach.

Cons: The old bldg like abandoned hospital before we get entre to the room. But overall its good. No welcoming coffee or cold water. Its our 2nd year stay here. All same as lastyear. No improvement. But the host and the lady cleaner is friendly. Still no rice cooker 😂 we asian rice is life everyday 😂

Pros: Lovely appointed apartment, plenty of space, clean and tidy, with everything needed to have a great stay.. So well positioned with supermarket, restaurants and cafes directly downstairs. Right across from the beach too!

Great place to stay and the landlord was very nice.

Pros: Location was great and minutes to the beach, above a grocery store, cafe and other shops. It was also close enough to walk to museums and the train station.

Cons: It was great just the way it was and was fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay as if you were at home.

Pros: The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable and all what needed was available at the apartment. The location is great and at the heart of Promenade des Anglais, near to everything. The host of the apartment was great - very welcoming, hospitable, responsive and very helpful. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others.

Pros: Excellent emplacement, superbe appartement, propre, confortable, bien équipé et idéal pour passer un superbe séjour, proche de tous les commerces, restos et lieux de culture et à 1.min à pieds de la plage, je recommande fortement ! Hôte très professionnel et acceuillant !

Pros: Perfect location to go to the beach, for eatery, shopping, touring, etc. Apartment spacious and very clean, the host response quick and effective to questions and concerns we had.

Cons: I was warned before booking,that the elevator was small, and I paid the consequence of having to carry a manual wheelchair up and down the staircase. That was my exercise during my trip lol

Pros: die Lage war ausgezeichnet genau bei der Strandpromenade, und nach anfänglicher Verzweiflung war die Wohnung ok.

Cons: Wir waren etwas geschockt als wir ankamen und das Gebäude nach einer Baustelle aussah. Zum Glück schauten wir ins E-Mail und hatten dan die Info erhalten das wir die genaue Ankunftszeit angeben sollten. Dies haben wir per mail gemacht und sind dan Essen gegangen mit einem sehr schlechten gefühl. Zwischenzeitlich haben wir laufend die E- mails geprüft und erhielten eines 30 Minuten später das wir uns an der Rückseite treffen sollten zu unserer angegebenen zeit. % Minuten nach unserer zeit kam ein Mann und erläuterte uns wo man was besichtigen kann und leitete uns dann zur Wohnung. Der Weg zur Wohnung war wieder unangenehm es roch fürchterlich und der Zugang erinnerte eher an ein verlassenes Spital als eine Wohnhausanlage. Die Wohnung selbst war ok mann sollte nur die Zutrittsmöglichkeit wie man zu einen Schlüssel kommt besser beschreiben und auch klarstellen das der Weg zur Wohnung wirklich gruselig ist. Also unbeding E-Mail prüfen und Uhrzeit genau abstimmen. Der Mann war sehr freundlich und wir tauschten auch die Telnummern aus für etwaige Eventualitäten.

Sentralt beliggende leilighet på Rivieran, Nice!

Pros: En fin leilighet som ligger vegg i vegg med Negresco. Utgang rett til Promenaden. Alt av butikkker i nærheten. Et fantastisk alternativ til hotell. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken. Anbefales !

Cons: Husk 500 euro til despositum, i cash.

Cons: Uhyggelig kælder man skulle i gennem Hoveddøren håbløs at låse op. Manglede affaldsposer Toiletpapir manglede Varmt vand manglede. For stort depositum .
