Pros: Very convenient to the front . The lady was very lovely who showed us round and it was great as we were allowed to check in early as we were only there for one night

Cons: We felt the bedding could be better as we had no quilts just covers . The table in the kitchen was very wobbly . Other than that it was great for a one night stay

Comfortable and Quiet - Amazing Location.

Pros: Location was superb, flat was clean - air conditioning worked well. Concierge was excellent, super helpful and always friendly and responsive. Washing machine was a welcome benefit. We would definitely return .

Cons: The building was a little shabby inside, though to be clear - the flat sparkled ;)

Pros: I love the interior and the location, it’s very cozy and comfortable appartment

Cons: The fact that bathroom and the hand washer are separated was a bit uncomfortable. Also the door knob fell of and my friend got locked in

Very much recommended when visiting Nice.

Pros: The owner and staff were very friendly. The apartment is very comfortable and has all required facilities and appliances. We are a family of 5 (parents and 3 young kids) and had a great time in this apartment. The location is very convenient, close to the beach.

Le bel appartement et la sympathique hôtesse.

Pros: L'appartement très bien situé ,bien équipé sauf le four qui manque mais ce n'est pas très grave et nous avons surtout apprécié l'accueil de la charmante Dalila.
