Perfect stay, loved apartment and Patricia was a wonderful host.

Pros: Great location street back from promenade and beach. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants on street. Apartment very clean and well equipped on first floor with air con, modern shower room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, good size sitting/dining area. 15 walk to old town, main street with shops/trams. Wi fi good and host Patricia very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Apartment In A Fabulous Location

Pros: A lovely apartment clean, comfortable with plenty of room for three adults . It was nice to have a separate toilet from the bathroom . The shower was very good with plenty of hot water. It was also a bonus to have individual air conditioners in each room as it was hot during our visit. The lift was also a blessing after a day of walking. Patricia our host was very welcoming and told us where the supermarket , restaurants and train ect were , she was helpful and communicated immediately when needed. The apartment is in a fantastic location a few steps from the Promenade and beach, there are numerous restaurants , shops and a supermarket on the doorstep. The Old Town is about a 20 minute easy walk . There is a lane / alley opposite the front door of the apartment, which will take you directly to the train station about 15 minute walk. The tram station is a 5 minute walk away.

Pros: The apartment is excellent located just meters from the beach and close to all amenities. The host was very friendly and helpful

Cons: Was a little small for a family of 4 (adult kids)

Perfect family stay near the sea

Pros: Patricia’s apt is the best place to stay in Nice! Perfect location (2 mins from Negresco and Promenade d’Anglais), air conditioner in every room, quite spacious place (2 bedrooms with queen beds and a large living room/kitchen) with everything you need for your stay, including washer and even a baby crib because we travelled with a small baby. The building is equipped with an elevator so you can easily travel with a stroller/luggage. And the host Patricia is absolutely amazing and friendly!

Pros: Very close to beach, big appartment, everything available, close to stores and cafes. Owner welcoming.

Great location, nice apartment and friendly with a very helpful host

Pros: The location is great and the apartment is a reasonable size for four and is quite stylish. It is really close to a supermarket, bakeries, butchers and delis so very easy to self cater but also there are plenty of restaurants close by and its easy to walk into the centre and old town. Patricia is a great host, providing useful information in the apartment and directly regarding things happening during our stay eg a drone and fireworks show over the bay.

Cons: There is only lounge seating for three at a push but the dining chairs are padded so its not really a problem

Pros: The location of the apartment is very close to the promenade and within a short walk to the old town. The apartment has everything that we need including the washing machine.

Pros: Perfect location, near to shops, beach and restaurants. Well equipped apartment. Barbara was extremely helpful with recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Extremely good value.

Comfortable, accessible and clean.

Pros: The location of apartment was superb! Everything was within walking distance which we appreciated. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment on arrival. Patricia was so welcoming and made us feel very comfortable.

Cons: There was very little to dislike about this apartment. However just small details included no chopping board and no bin for glass. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Pros: Everything was perfect about the apartment; location is excellent, kitchen was well equipped, the apartment itself was spacious and even the sofa bed was comfortable enough for a couple nights! Patricia was also a great host and was very responsive if we needed anything.

Cons: Nothing - everything was great
