Large beautiful studio near the NEGRESCO HOTEL

We had a terrific stay!

Pros: Location was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. The promenade d’anglais was literally steps away.

Cons: Walls were not soundproof and occasionally were disturbed by loud neighbours.

Nice is absolutely Beautiful.

Pros: What an amazing location! Right by the promenade. Everything was 5-10 mins away on foot. A very spacious apartment on the ground floor of the building and a very kind host. He suggested us where to eat the best french and italian meals. Restaurants, museums, cycle stands, supermarkets etc very close to the house. Overall a brilliant experience.

Pros: spaceous, greatlocation (next door to negresco, over the road to the beach). a host who showed he cared & was easy to contact.

Cons: this place is top notch, so no real negatives. the only thing i missed one night was an air fryer or a microwave. but to be fair, everything you need to cook is already there.

Pros: Perfect location, just next to the sea and close to the city center. The appartment was well-equipped with everyting you need for few days.

Cons: In the appartment there is only milk glass (not transparent) window, which you can't open. It didn't sound so bad, but turned out to be quite problematic with lack of fresh air and extremely dry air inside as soon as the heating was on. Also you can't look out the window to check the weather, you need to go outside the building. Another thing I didn't was contact with the owner, who was sending voice messages on whatsapp instead of simply writing or (even better) just providing instructions and leving keys in some locker.

Pros: Place perfektly, very very helpful host👍👍every thing was super👍 Place near seaside, av. de anglaise with bars restaurants and shops. Studio clean, calm... I Recommend 👍

Pros: Everything, the location was fab, close to the sea and about a 20 min walk to the train station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, lots of beach towels, umbrella, there was even a parasol and beach mats!

Pros: We enjoyed the location very much. Very accessible to the Promenade, restaurants and food outlets.

Cons: We were woken a bit early in the morning by loud banging noises.. notsure if it was the old style lifts or nearby construction works.

Really great place to stay. Plenty of room. Would go back.

Pros: The location is excellent. So close to the beach, and short walk to restaurants. I loved being able to make a coffee (pod machine) for myself.

Pros: Location, location... Just 50 m from the promenade. Clean, nicely renovated studio. Liked it!

The Studio added greatly to the enjoyment of our holiday.

Pros: 3 minutes from the Promenade des Anglaises. Shops/supermarket around the corner .Easy flat walking to Place Massena

Cons: Nothing!
