Great location and value for money
Pros: Very good location next to the Hotel Negresco. Had all the facilities we needed and was very good value for money

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel
Pros: A lovely little hotel. The room we had was small but fully equipped with everything we needed. A coffee machine with a supply of coffee and tea pods and an electric hob were available, a full set of cooking utensils. The hotel's location is close to the beaches of Nice and ideal for a relaxing break, just 30 metres from the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. Our room was clean and tidy with a view of the Negresco Hotel. When we checked in I noticed my name on the door of the room, it was very touching and underlined the attitude towards us as welcome guests. The hotel is also close to Nice Vile train station, making it easy to travel beyond Nice.
Cons: There is nothing to invent. It was a very pleasant trip and vacation. Thanks to the owner and staff for the successful combination of affordability and maximum comfort for guests. I will definitely recommend this option to my friends.

Unforgettable trip
Pros: Great stay in Nice! The location is excellent — everything is very close, and you can easily walk to all the main places. The bed was large and very comfortable, which made our stay especially pleasant. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend this place.
Cons: One tiny thing we noticed was that the floor wasn’t perfectly clean, and our socks got dark after walking around.

In general, we liked it and think it’s great place to stay
Pros: Very friendly staff and perfect location 😍🫶🏻 We loved the interior, it has its kitchen, you can cook things.
Cons: There were minor inconveniences: it was pretty cold, and ACs didn’t work, but the staff reacted very quickly, the same was with the electricity, sometimes it went off, but the staff fixed in in less than 10 min

Very happy!
Pros: Great location, even to go further into nice you can cheaply ride a bike. Very clean, staff were helpful (even offered paid laundry service which was very helpful), and overall for an apartment, it felt very safe.
Cons: Only thing was that it was a curtain for bathroom, not a door. Might be uncomfortable for new couples.

A compact and bijou studio in a great location
Pros: The location was great, just off the promenade and close to the tram and local bars. The studio was very well equipped and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Cons: The studio was compact and bijou, please be aware there is only a curtain covering the bathroom not a door.

Very pleasant stay! I appreciated the variety of coffee, tea, and cocoa, as well as the beach mats and towels. Friendly
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. I liked that there were many different coffee capsules, tea, and even cocoa available. It was also great that beach mats and towels were provided. The staff was very friendly, and I appreciated that they allowed a late check-out.
Cons: The only downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain, but this might be related to the building itself rather than the hotel.
