Comfortable and very enjoyable. Hope to return to the apartment in the future.

Pros: The cleanliness of the apartment. The facilities were very good. The only minor issue we had was that the sofa seats were a little too deep making it necessary to use cushions for good back support. Giovanni's thorough explanation of how to find the right apartment, his use of photographs to highlight specific details of getting into the apartment were very clear and much appreciated.

Cons: The minor issue with the sofa as outlined earlier.

Perfect stay in the heart of Nice!

Pros: Beautiful property, great location and very clean. Comfortable bed, good shower, and has all the amenities you need. Great contact from Giovanni before and during our stay, we’ll definitely be returning!

Cons: It wasn’t that sound proof, we could hear our neighbours talking through the walls. At times the WiFi wasn’t great, otherwise, nothing else!

Perfection

Pros: Location, Location, close proximity to Promenade des anglais. Lovely fresh produce, boulongaries & cafes very close by. Cleanliness of apartment, had all the provisions you would need. Well done to the host Giovanni!

Do yourself a favour, book it!!

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here! It was spacious and super clean. Bed was very comfortable and the room had lots of amenities that made our trip better (washing machine, big comfy couch and tv, air con!!). Also the room was always cool when we returned even without the air con on. It’s in a really secure building which was nice. Walking distance to the old town and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Pros: Vicinity was good. Walking distance from everything. Flat was clean and all the facilities were good. Communication was good. I cannot fault anything about the apartment.

Cons: It was more expensive than we would have wanted but possibly our fault for leaving it so late to book.

Pros: Very close to the beach and an easy walk to the tram station, making it easy to access the old town and other train stations for day trips out of Nice.

Cons: Nothing - Everything was excellent.

Pros: Lovely, spotlessly clean, bright apartment in a brilliant location for everything. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. So near to transport links, shops, restaurants and promenade.

Excellent Apartment

Pros: Apartment is in a great location - close to Old Nice and city center. New renovation with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle etc. Everything in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and pillows. Light blocking shutters with curtains. Well outfitted terrace for 2, with fold up table. New heat pumps for heating and cooling. It is serviced by an elevator!

Cons: That we couldn't stay longer.

Exceptional accommodation in a great location!

Pros: Communication with the owner was fantastic. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location was perfect - 25 mins tram ride from the airport and a 15 min walk to Vieux Nice. We had an amazing time in Nice and would definitely book this apartment again. My only minor request would be to have the option of softer pillows 😊
