Pleasant stay in a well-equipped apartment with good design and amenities

Pros: We stayed for 9 nights and really enjoyed our time. The apartment is well located, close to buses and the railway station, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The building is old but in good condition, and the apartment itself is nicely designed, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication with the host was excellent.

Simply lovely

Pros: Everything as advertised. Very clean and well taken care of place. The host was very quick to reply whenever we had questions. The balcony had a nice view over the city.

Everything you need for a home-like stay in a great location.

Pros: Great location! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home and even more – from kitchen appliances (oven, stovetop, microwave), washing machine with detergent, and an iron, to a high-quality hairdryer, full cutlery set, and even small details like trash bags and premium toiletries. The smart locks made the place feel very safe, and the view of the vibrant street below was wonderful. Excellent value for money and a perfect choice for Nice!

Pros: Great bed Good windows -as there sre noisy bars around Good location - bus and tram on both sides and the train station to travel to other cities. And local market, of course. We could check-in earlier -thank you❤️

Cons: Tiny bathroom -but you could do nothing as this is not a new building though with a good new renovation. A step for children would ease washing the hands and face. Darkness in the stairs -no lights at all. Cold floor -carpets could add to the comfort Only one small knife -you can”t cook meat or fish with it for sure. 2-3 capsules for washing machine from the host would be great to add not to buy a box of them when traveling

Un bon séjour en famille à Nice

Pros: L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais il y a tout le nécessaire. Tout est propre, les meubles est confortable. Très proche de deux gares: Nice Ville est gare des chemins de fer de Provence.

Cons: Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur

Pros: Udobnost bračnog kreveta, dostupnost tople vode i sve ostale opreme i kuhinji. Delimično dobra lokacija. Sve funkcioniše u smeštaju i ljubazni i predusretljivi stanodavci.

Cons: Jako malo kupatilo za osobu normalne ili jače građe, vrata od kupatila ne mogu da se zatvore kada želite da koristite toalet, tuš uzak i mali.

Pros: Fajne wyposażenie, dobra lokalizacja, pomocny właściciel

Quiet, clean apartment

Pros: The apartment itself is newer and very clean. The owner is super helpful and responsive. The amenities are excellent.

Cons: We worked with it, but be aware that the bathroom is super tiny, which might be tough for some travelers.

Pros: Very clean, modern and comfortable stay. Walking distance to public transportation and restaurants. Prompt, detailed communication with the owner.

Cons: Carrying luggage to the 2nd level on the stairs.
