CASA NISSARTE - Central near Train station - PARKING - confort & cosy- AC

Pros: The apartment is in great condition, very complete, attention by the host is a 10/10. There is complete silence in the apartment, even from the neighbours. The parking is excellent too.

Cons: The area is not great - but that applies to most of the city. The owner has created a gem in the middle of it. The apartment is suitable for 2, would not recommend it for more than that. The bed isn't very big for large people.

Pros: The washing machine and dryer were a huge help during our long journey. We also loved having free access to a private parking space nearby.

Cons: Just something to keep in mind—walking to the beach in the heat can be a bit tiring if you’re traveling with young kids.

Compact, clean and comfortable apartment in easy reach of everything we wanted to do in Nice.

Pros: Good location and had everything we needed for our three night stay. We were able to go to most attractions on foot and for those further afield there were good transport links. Fernando was quick to respond to messages and provided some helpful info.

Cons: There was a requirement to pay a €300 security deposit (refundable) which we found a little unusual for a short stay for two people. However Fernando was quick to confirm details about returning it following our check out. You have to walk through a tunnel (or take a slight detour and go under a bridge) to cross over a large motorway that runs round the city centre to get to the apartment from which took us a little bit to figure out when we arrived, but we didn’t have any issues once we had got our bearings.

Cosy and clean apartment

Pros: This apartment was so cosy! The property had everything me and my kids needed. Fernando our host was ace, he contacted us all the time to make sure we were ok. You can walk to the beach in about 20minutes. I am definitely going to back there again. it was clean and really well looked after, Amazing host

Pros: We had a great stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. The property had all the facilities and amenities, including thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and toiletries. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The hosts were so helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home.

Great house and owner!

Pros: The owner was nice and helped a lot. The House was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable.

Cons: The street while enter the house smelled piss all the time and the enterence of the house seems unsafe but I had no trouble at all.
