Couples long weekend which included a friends birthday celebration meal, Nice in June with friends, what’s not to like?

Pros: Central location, really well managed building, quiet rooms on the 5th floor so we had a peaceful sleep.

Cons: It’s a large apartment building, two lifts and controlled access. This isn’t a complaint, we were fine but if someone had mobility issues it may get draining.

Pros: Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement. En plein centre, à proximité de tout. Literie très confortable, salle de bain très bien aménagée. Nous avons tout apprécié, la connexion Wi-Fi, la vaisselle. L'appartement est bien équipé

Correcta

Pros: La localización es inmejorable. Mitad entre la playa y la estación. Muy limpio.

Cons: No había aire acondicionado. Solo una máquina que hacía mucho ruído. A pesar del precio, nos pidieron limpiar y bajar la basura. En la vida bajo la basura en mis vacaciones. Nos cobran una fianza obligatoria que no se devuelve.

Bel appartement central et confortable à Nice

Pros: L'appartement pour 2 est spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé à neuf, la literie excellente. La cuisine est complète. 2 écrans de TV géants ! Un kit de bienvenu complet. L'emplacement est idéal : au centre de Nice, Tous les commerces et transports en commun à 2 pas cf descriptif. L'appartement est très calme, encore plus la chambre. L'accès à l'appartement est quand même simple malgré les 2 ascenseurs ; une porte dédiée sur l'avenue avec badge.

Cons: Quand nous avons réservé en février la description n'était pas aussi claire qu'aujourd'hui pour la récupération des clés. Il faut aller récupérer les clés dans l'agence gérant le bien, qui est à 10mn à pieds, et à des horaires donnés > pas très pratique... Les contacts se font par SMS en anglais, on reçoit un lien vers une application dont l'interface peu claire est en anglais. Il faut absolument payer une caution de 200€ via cette application avant d'aller à l'agence pour récupérer les clés : pourquoi ne peut-on pas le faire dans l'agence : pas terrible. En février, à la réservation, le descriptif comportait un lave vaisselle qui était absent quand nous sommes arrivés. Nous l'avons signalé à l'agence qui a corrigé depuis.
