Pros: it was really nice inside and the balcony was beautiful. inside there is the air conditioning so it’s not hot like outside

Cons: the indication about how to open doors was not really clear but the staff was really helpful. the area of the house is not the best, it’s not because it’s 20 min by walk from me sea but because at night it could be dangerous and scary.

Pros: Nette, kleine, saubere Wohnung mit Balkon Ausstattung neuwertig, alles funktioniert Perfektes Check-in Check-out System, kontaktlos, keine Treffen mit Vermieter, ermöglicht späten CI und frühen CO, und verhindert nervige Treffen mit Vermieter, Sorachbarriere inclusive Geräuschkulisse moderat, Strasse direkt unter der Wohnung ohne Verkehr, in ca.15 Meter Entfernung Durchgangsstrasse mit mittelmässigem Verkehrsaufkommen Rolladen und Klimaanlage sorgt vmtl. auch im Hochsommer für erholsamen Schlaf

Cons: Die Lage ist hinter dem Bahnhof, für mich ok, aber ist halt typisch Nizza Hinterhofgegend, als Frau alleine vielleicht nachts bisschen gespenstisch, es sind halt ca 200 Meter von der Wohnung bis zur belebten AV Jean Medicin

Good value for travellers

Pros: It is fairly close to the train station, about a 10 min walk away. The balcony is cute and we often ate out there. The host is very responsive and quick to reply/help.

Cons: A little bit small but it’s all you need if you’re exploring for most of the day and coming back just to sleep.

Pros: Хареса ни отзивчивостта на домакина, комуникацията беше супер. Макар и малката площ на студиото имаше всички удобства (най-вече пералня и посуда). Има добра шумоизолация на дограмата и не се чуваше шума от улицата. Близо е до центъра.

Cons: Съмнителна чистота на спалното бельо. Вратите на шкафа при пералнята се отварят трудно. Душът не работеше добре и трябваше да се къпем с душ слушалката. (За да се стигне до центъра трябва да се мине през подлези с клошари или да се заобикаля много).
