Pros: The apartment is located in the very heart of Nice, close to the Russian Church and just a boulevard away from the beach. It is well connected by an extensive public transport network, allowing you to easily reach any part of the city.

Pros: Lovely accommodation in Nice. The host was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. Washing machine, kitchen facilities, and tv. Bed was very comfy. Location is good. Close to food, coffee, shopping and public transport..

Pros: Great location, really close to the station on the quieter side of town. The host is very communicative and the instructions to the house and the key pick up were flawless. Our train was delayed and we didn't arrive until midnight, and they were still up and responding to make sure we arrived safely.

Cons: The host sends a deposit request to an external website. I had not expected it but I paid it (I was already on my way) and in the end it was completely fine, I received the entire deposit back on the same day that I checked out.

Pros: The apartment was very pleasant and clean. Fernando is a great host and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of. The location is close to the train station and has a variety of shops for food

Cons: The surrounding streets aren’t the nicest but they are not too bad.

Pros: The house was very clean. The host (Fernando) was very attentive. All the household appliances and electronic devices were of high quality and brand new. The bed was comfortable. Everything one might need in a house was available.\

Cons: Only the outer door can be renewed.

Great stay in Nice

Pros: Everything was great: The apartment had everything we needed. We were able to cook and do our laundry. The WiFi speed was excellent: we were able to do 2 simultanious video calls with no problems. There was an A/C, which we used to warm up the apartment as it was chilly outside. We definitely would come back again.

Cons: We really liked our stay. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the smaller side. The host did a great job separating everything and making it really usable, but it might be a bit compact for some.

Great choice for city hopping

Pros: Very nice little apartment with everything you need to explore the city of Nice and broader Cote d’Azur.
