Pros: The house is beautifully designed, and the attention to detail reflects the nice person behind it. There were many things prepared for the guests, which was very thoughtful.

Cons: The cleanness could be a little better.But overall it was good.

The most charming little place in Nice

Pros: The apartment is tiny, but honestly – it has everything you could possibly need and even more. The host thought of so many sweet little details: beautiful small decorations, a chess set (!), and such a warm, cozy atmosphere that it immediately felt like home. We were only staying for a few days, but during the rest of our trip we kept talking about this place and seriously wanted to come back 😁 It’s rare to find somewhere so charming in such a compact space. Thank you for creating this magical little spot – we’ll definitely recommend it to everyone and hope to return someday!

Excellent place to stay

Pros: The location is quite central while still being a short distance from the most crowded and noisy areas. The apartment is well decorated and absolutely makes the most of the available space. On top of that, there's pretty much everything you need here (washing machine, microwave, wifi, Netflix etc.) The host, Luca, was extremely attentive and helpful and really helped us feel at home.

Cons: There's no getting around the fact that getting to and from the bed isn't for anyone with physical challenges. And the couch, while clean, is past its prime. But those are minor quibbles.

Pros: I spent a weekend at Nice for the first time and I'm glad I have found this cozy appartement. It's very clean and freshly renovated. It's not just by the beach, but it is in a calm neighborhood and at the same time there are good shops and restaurants nearby. As Nice is not very big town from the appartement I got everywhere by foot) I must underline that the host is superb. Always swiftly answering, polite, friendly and most helpful! Thanks to him my stay in Nice was excellent. Strongly recommend if you come by yourself or in pair!

Parfait pour 1 week-end

Pros: Appartement très bien agencé. Le propriétaire a pensé à tout 👍c'est propre et je m'y suis senti bien.

Cons: Je n'ai pas aimé le quartier et le matelas de la banquette a besoin d'être changé

Piccolo ma fondamentale

Pros: Buona posizione ,comodo raggiungere i punti d’interesse di Nizza con i mezzi pubblici . Casa piccola ma con tutto il necessario e più del dovuto , il proprietario gentilissimo lascia a disposizione anche la colazione

Cons: nella tromba delle scale si sente troppo l’odore che viene dai ristoranti sottostanti MA non é colpa di nessuno . Ascensore datato e difettoso ed arrivare a tre piani con eventualmente bagagli grandi diventa difficile MA fattibile . Questo non ha influito affatto sul mio giudizio ottimo della struttura

Pros: La struttura è ben fornita, molto piccola ma nel suo piccolo aveva davvero tutto ciò che serviva. Appartamento pulito ed accogliente. L’host è stato FAVOLOSO! Viaggio spesso e Host così gentili/disponibili non ne ho mai trovati. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo! La stanza dispone di una TV con Netflix. Per colazione trovi la macchinetta del caffè, tisane/thé e brioches mini. All’accoglienza l’host ti fa trovare una piccola bottiglia di vino per darvi il benvenuto! Sicuramente lo consigliamo!

Pros: Petit mais cosy. Ideal seul ou à 2. A 15 min à pied de la Promenade des Anglais. Pleins de gentils attentions dans le frigo 😇
