Appartement California - Welkeys

Well equipped apartment in a great location.

Pros: Great location. Well equipped apartment. Tram stop, supermarket and bakery literally outside.

Cons: A second key would have made a huge difference as my wife likes to explore alone sometimes. Arranging meeting up downstairs was annoying.

Convenient location for trams and beach.

Pros: Very conveniently located with tram just outside, beach just around the corner, and shops downstairs. Only a few tram stops away from airport Apartment was equipped with all facilities for cooking and there was a nice balcony/ terrace with windows looking out onto the street and with a bit of an ocean view. Apartment was comfortable and clean. A nice bonus was the beach umbrella and chairs available for use.

Cons: A bit of a tram ride to get to more touristy areas. Not much to do on this side of Nice. But, having said that, the trams run very regularly and are easy to use.

Very nice place, close to beachfront !

Pros: Very clean, close to the beachfront , well equipped.

Cons: WiFi signal could be better

Pros: It has a good location, near the beach, and a small shop downstairs. The apartment is quite run down, but we can’t say that anything was bad. From the balcony, you can see a piece of the sea :)

Lovely stay

Pros: Good location very near the beach. Good facilities and nice view. Not too far from Park Phoenix

Cons: The shower drain was blocked and there were lots of cracks and dirty on the walls. Shame as the apartament is gorgeous.

Pros: Posizione ottima vicina al mare ,la fermata della metro sotto casa. Esperienza positiva

Cons: Il parcheggio dell' auto è molto difficoltoso

Pros: Місцезнаходження, 2 хвилини до моря. Невеликий супермаркет, кавʼярня на першому поверсі будинку. За 350 м та 750 м ще 2 більші супермаркети. Зупинка трамвая напроти виходу з будинку. В апартаментах є все необхідне. До/ з аеропорту 15 хвилин на трамваї, вартість 1,7 євро. Якщо через додаток поповнити карту на 20 євро, отримаєте проїзний на 7 днів на міський транспорт.

Cons: Були деякі складнощі з пошуком боксу з ключами при поселенні.

Pros: Appartement spacieux et lumineux à proximité de tout surtout la plage

Cons: Le voisin qui vient toquer pour le moindre bruit alors qu on déplace juste les chaises pour s assoir manger Et que ça raisonne partout alors que c'est pas de notre faute

Pros: Gute Lage um mit der Tram zu fahren. Spar und Café in der Nähe. Hell und groß. Nachts kein Straßenlärm Gute Betreuung durch Concierge

Cons: Aufzug ausgefallen, 3. Stock mit Koffer etwas mühselig.

Pros: Appartement très sympa, lumineux, agréable, près du tram et de la mer !

Cons: (Il manque une planche à decouoer !)
