Pros: Great location, nice balcony, the store in the same building, close to the beach, the host answers the questions right away

Cons: Bed (sofa), too much noise from the street

Pros: excellent location for beach and transport to the city. near bus and tram.

Cons: bed is a sofa bed.. not comfortable. couldn't use balcony as it's a building site. directions for getting in is not straightforward and it's like your expected to understand you have to get the key from a locker hanging in the street further down. even the WiFi code needs better instructions.

Pros: I would easily give this apartment 10 out of 10 for value for the money. The location and the communication with the host was excellent.

Cons: The only issue we had, the bed was not very comfortable. Apart from that we were happy with our stay.

Pros: Прекрасное расположение. 2 минуты до пляжа, рядом остановка трамвая, в этом же доме супермаркет. В квартире есть всё необходимое, кухня хорошо оснащена, есть кофе, чай, кофе машина, микроволновка и другое. Хозяева быстро решают все вопросы и всегда на связи.

Pros: . l'emplacement par rapport au tram qui passe en bas de l'appartement et la proximité des commerces.

Immer wieder toll

Pros: Wir dürfen früher in die Wohnung und bei Abreise später raus gehen, wie es mit den Flügen passte. Die Wohnungseigentümerin hat alle unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Bei geschlossener Tür konnten wir gut schlafen, obwohl Straßenbahn nah lag. In der Nacht ist nicht viel Verkehr. Die Lage zum Strand war sehr günstig. Geschäfte und Bäckerei sind direkt da. Von Flughafen es ist 10 min. Mit dem Bus 12 oder TrAm 2. Super Urlaub. Nizza ist immer Reise wert.

Pros: Pro dva lidi naprosto výborné, perfektní lokalita, moře 3 minuty chůze, tram.zastávka přímo před domem, výborná pekárna v přízemí. Dům se nachází na rušné křižovatce, nám “ruch velkoměsta”nevadí, takže jsme byly spokojené. Majitelka je velmi vstřícná, milá a reaguje vždy velice rychle.

Great Value, Lovely location, don't expect luxury interiors. Full kitchen and a washing machine!

Pros: The location was incredible, just a hundred meters from the beach and right next to a well-connected tram stop. A bakery and small supermarket are directly next door, and the place has fast internet and a full kitchen.

Cons: As it is right next to a major thoroughfare it gets LOUD, also late at night. Interior is pretty bare-bones, so do not expect interior design: it's functional, but not polished.

Pros: Отличное расположение (рядом море, остановка трамвая). В самом доме расположен супермаркет и булочная. Район приличный. Заранее списались с хозяйкой и получили инструкцию и код от ящика с ключом. В самой квартире все есть, начиная от бытовых приборов и кухонной утварью, вплоть до стиральной машины. Многие пишут неудобная кровать, но самом деле все там удобно, не беспокойтесь.

Cons: Есть только сама ванна, нет возможности принять душ. Когда находишься в отпуске и приезжаешь поздно, нет возможности принимать еще и ванну. Было бы удобно если бы повесили шторку и организовали подставку под душ. Не знаю почему, но фен не работал.
