I sobbed beacause I didn’t book it for longer!!

Pros: It is very spacious and comfy. There was absolutely everything that you may need + balcony + air condition. Literally next to the building there is a supermarket and amazing bakery and in front - a tram stop. 2mins away from the beautiful beach. You are literally on the French Riviera. The location is fire!!!

Cozy stay near the beach and all nevessities

Pros: It’s near the tram, right downstairs there’s a boulangerie and carrefour, and very near the beach. The toilet and shower is newly renovated to everything is very clean.

Good value for the money you pay. The owner is very responsive, you just need to send him an email.

Pros: This is not 5-star, but definitely around 4-star. The apartment is very compact, but has all you need, the location is pretty good, there is a supermarket right below the apartment, tram station right below - gets you to airport with no problem. Everything in the apartment works, sometimes it's different compared to US, but you need to ask the owner - he will explain. The beach is in 2 min walk.

Cons: There is no wardrobe, also the garbage can is on the balcony. The kitchen is very small. There are no English channels on TV, but this is very minor.

Perfect location and cosy apartment

Pros: Everything was just great, apartment had everything you could possibly need, the nice owner even let us check out rather late, since we had a late flight home that day. Perfect location!! Nearby bakery, supermarket, main tram and bus and just across the famous Promenade des Anglais. Wil come back again for sure, highly recommended, greay value for the money.

Pros: A lot of space. Conveniently located near the tram station, supermarket and bakeries. 10 mins away from the city center. And it is costing the same as a hostel 4 person room bunk bed in March. Definitely a good place to stay for a basic traveller.

Pros: Прекрасное расположение,все рядом.Все ,что нужно есть на кухне,в ванной.Утюг фен, кондиционер.Не могли включить телевизор,на смс отвечают сразу помогли подключить быстро.

Cons: Мебель старая,но на 2,3 дня не критично.
