Perfect location on Promenade des Anglais with amazing view of the sea!

Pros: Amazing view of the sea!!! Perfect sunrises and lovely sunset sky! That's the main reason I've selected this location. The room is clean, with no foreign odour, and everything that you need is available.

Cons: There is a noise from the street. For us, it was not an issue, but you need to be aware.

Pros: We loved the location and convenience of the property. It directly overlooked the beach and sea. The view was simply beautiful! It was within walking distance to the grocery store and other locations. It was easy to catch Ubers as well here. The convenience of a washing machine and drying rack were also appreciated.

Cons: The air conditioning barely worked. It was one of the main reasons we booked here. It was very hot! Also, we stayed multiple days but were provided with only a bit of toilet tissue. It would’ve been nice to not have to buy more of our own.
