Pros: The apartment is absolutely amazing! At first, I hesitated for a while because I wanted something closer to the city center, but I soon realized I had made the right choice. This turned out to be one of the best trips I’ve ever had. The sleep quality was even better than in some well-known 5-star hotels.

Pros: Location is great, close to the beach and you can easily walk to the old town along the scenic Promenade des Anglais. There are shops, cafes and restaurants in front of the building. The apartment is equipped with all that you need. It is very clean. Great value for the money.

Nice apartment right at the English promenade.

Pros: It is a really nice apartment a few minutes from the English promenade. The location is good connected with the city center and is quiet and feels safe. The host was very welcoming and gave us a lot of usefultips uponarrival. The apartment was a bit bigger than in the pictures. We stayed 4 adults, and it was comfortable for 3 nights. It is well equipped and has everything you need. Parking for symbolic fee was really a good bonus, given difficult parking in Nice. The beds were comfortable.

Cons: To my taste, the towels were a bit thin, but it's OK.

Pros: Newly renovated apartment with attention to detail. The place is more pretty in person than in pictures. Conveniently located in front of the tram station, just 15mins to the city center. Many restaurants in the area. Apartment is just a stone throw away to the beach which is perfect for a refreshing dip. The host was really nice, he accomodated us even though it was our error that the booking was just for two, he let us in and allowed us to pay for an extra person upon arrival. Highly recommended apartment in Nice.

Pros: 🌟 Great place to stay in Nice! Cozy apartment with modern decor and convenient location. Impeccably clean with all the necessary amenities. The underground parking access was a bonus. Highly recommend to everyone! 🌺🏖️

Cons: 🛑 - The nearby highway can be noisy, but thanks to the double glazing, it's manageable.

Pros: We are very impressed with the vacation. The owner is nice and honest. Quickly responds to messages. The apartment has everything you need and even more. Good location, close to the beach, public transportation, shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend it!
