Fantastic location, friendly host, and a pleasant stay overall

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect! The L2/3 tram stop is right in front of the apartment, offering direct access to the airport and the city centre. There’s a supermarket conveniently on the corner, and the beautiful beach is just a few steps away. The host was incredibly friendly and super responsive.

Cons: Everything was great overall, though the property could benefit from a little maintenance. The upstairs shower tends to clog and accumulate some water while in use. I’ve already let the owner know so it can be addressed for the comfort of future guests.

Pros: Its really good value for money for short stay, our group had a nice stay in Santa barbara apartment PROS: Two shower & toilet rooms (thats very important for group travellers) Terrace with nice view Free parking place Good wifi Apartment near: the beach; metro station; Carrefour market; different eating places around

Cons: CONS: Shower in 1st floor is too narrow and small, difficult to take shower Sofa bed and two single beds are VERY uncomfortable Parking place is terribly narrow, if you will rent bigger car, will have difficulties to move it to escalator and after move it from escalator to specific parking place. Remote control for parking is almost out of order Only one key set of apartment for group of 5 people Fridge not working very well

Pros: Vi älskade havsutsikten och läget på lägenheten. Den lade precis bredvid en jätte fin och lugn strand, även nära till matbutik, kollektivtrafik och restauranger. Allt man behövde fanns i lägenheten och hyresvärden var supertrevlig och hjälpsam!

Cons: Tvättmaskinen strulade lite, men det var inget stort problem! Vi löste det tillslut :)
