Pros: The apartment is complete. There is everything you (+ 1) need for stay for a week or more. The proximity to the beach (only 170 m / 0.10 mile) is the highlight of the rental. There is a Boulangerie (Bakery) and a Carrefour on the corner, and a lot of supermarkets and restaurants on Av. de la Californie / Promenade des Anglais. We definitely stay here again. I just would like to suggest to the apartment administrators that you leave a parasol or sunshade or umbrella, available to guests in the summer. It would be nice

Great spacious apartment in a great location!

Pros: Great, spacious & clean apartment with a nice balcony in a good location (tram stop just in front and the beach aroumd the corner!

Cons: Sensitive sleepers should bring earplugs due to the nearby road though.

50m from the Promenade

Pros: Excellent location, exactly in front of the Fabron tram stop. The Promenade des Anglais is just 50m waking away from the property. There are many shops in the surronding area. The property has been recently renovated and all the furniture is in excellent working conditions. Very good communication with the owners.

Cons: We had some leackage issues with the shower, but most probably it will be solved for the next guest... It may happen. The common areas of the building are much worse than the property itself.

Fint leilighet.

Pros: Fint og godt utstyrt leilighet. Ligger ved en trikk og busstopp. Matbutikk og bakeri i nærheten. Hyggelig eier.

Cons: En del støy fra gata men det var vi forberedt på. Lurt å ha med ørepropper på natta. Vasken på badet var litt tett.

Pros: Great value....loved the location. One block from the beach and boardwalk. All public transit was within one block. Lime bikes available close by. It was fantastic. Nice patio over looking the avenue. Comfortable apartment. Good shower. Can stream from the TV. Great kitchen. Washed four loads of wash during our stay.

Cons: Loved it all.

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja, tuż przy linni tramwajowej, dużo sklepów, restauracji i plaży. Blisko lotniska. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone, dobrze utrzymane, bardzo funkcjonalne. W mieszkaniu jest Smart TV i szybki internet. Gospodarz pomocny i dostępny przez Whatsapp.

Cons: Mieszkanie jest od strony ruchliwej i głośnej ulicy. Po otwarciu okien jest głośno
