Lovely stay, would recommend highly
Pros: Lovely, clean and comfortable property perfect for a weekend away or longer! The location was absolutely perfect right in the old town with lots to do around! Communication was effortless and easy.
Cons: Being on the top floor it was a fair amount of stairs but it is easily manageable. The upper levels don’t seem to have working lights which made it a little awkward

Nice,clean flat in the middle of the Old Town
Pros: The apartment was clean and cozy, there was space for our luggage and belongings. The landlord always answered supportive and we had everything we needed.
Cons: What you should keep in mind, when renting this apartment,is the location: it's very busy at night, so it can get VERY noisy - BUT the location is what also made it so special: just in the middle of the Old Town of Nice, we couldn't have asked for a better spot! Thanks!

A great apartment in a perfect location
Pros: Lovely apartment in a great, central location. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for a short stay. It was clean, tidy and cosy during the day and night. Nico, the host, was also very friendly and helpful with any issues we had.
Cons: The apartment was on the fourth floor which is something to bear in mind. It was not an issue for us but could be for some.

Lovely apartment, comfortable with all the amenities!
Pros: The property was beautiful, right in the heart of Nice Old Town. Surrounded with beautiful shops, bakeries and restaurants. We were a few minutes walk from the beach and trains and trams were also a few minutes away leading to all areas of Nice and surrounding places like Monaco and Cannes. The host Nico was amazing and was always there for anything we needed. The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher! Excellent and highly recommended!

Excellent location in the Old Town
Pros: We loved our stay at the apartment. The location in Old Town is ideal and the apartment was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The communication was excellent, any questions were answered very quickly and the host was very helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Pros: We loved our stay at this apartment in Old Town Nice. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet at night. The place was clean, comfortable, and had lots of charm. The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern and inviting little gem of an apartment
Pros: This property makes such clever use of space to provide for all your needs within a modern, bright and clean apartment. Someone has put a lot of thought and effort into creating this apartment, and it shows. It is situated right in the middle of old Nice, surrounded by some lovely restaurants, and only 5 minutes walk from the beach, the fabulous flower market and the tram stop. It’s half an hour by tram to the airport, so no car needed for your holiday, and a short train journey will take you to Monaco & Menton too. We visited as a family of three and our 15 year old, who is 6’2” had plenty of space in the mezzanine bed. It gave him a separate area to sleep unlike the bed settees offered in many other apartments. We found the beds really comfortable, the equipment level fantastic, and this little gem of an apartment was a perfect short stay base for our holiday in Nice! Would love to stay again.
Cons: All good. No problems at all, but If you have mobility issues be aware it is in the 4th floor.
