Nice Vieille Ville Appartement neuf et cosy

Enjoyable stay in a gorgeous apartment!

Pros: The location was excellent and the appartment was very comfortable and cozy.

Cons: Not much! We about the stairs in advance and they didn’t really bother us but it’s not fir everyone!

Pros: Beautiful cosy apartament, you ve got everything you need. All equipment like at home, towels ( 1per person ) coffe pods machine for pods. You can just do food shopping and live like home. great location . Host give full instructions and advice. Highly recommended. The best host have ever dealt with ❤️ 💙🇨🇵❤️

Cons: Nothing. 😃💙 I like the apartment and the host. There was nothing we did not like, but I just want to share to be aware. There is quite a high 5th floor, so quite tiring to get in without lift, one key for a group of 5, no TV. No cleaning or towels change service, but it' an apartment, not a hotel, so fair enough. It would be nice if there was a wall mirror and a small floor brush so I could clean it when I stayed longer than a night. You may need to buy more toilet paper, I always do.

Cons: Many stairs, low water pressure

Pros: The location of this apartment is fabulous - in the middle of the old town, close to all places of interest, very accessible by public transport. The apartment is cozy, well equipped, clean, has everything you need. Communication with the owner was very quick and smooth.

Pros: Beautifully furnished compact but strangely spacious. lots of steps upto the apartment

Cons: The steps up to the apartment. if your not fit or in any way not good on your feet look elsewhere

It worked very well for our family.

Pros: We loved the location. The apartment is small but very well done and had everything we needed.

Cons: There was very little hot water in the shower. It would be helpful if the apartment is labelled/numbered in some way to make it easier to identify once inside the building.

Charmant et chaleureux, un excellent rapport qualité /prix en plein coeur de la vieille ville !

Pros: Appartement absolument charmant, idéal pour découvrir Nice. Il est très bien situé, en plein cœur du Vieux Nice, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied : la vieille ville, le château, la mer, les restaus enterrasse le soir, le carnaval, et même la gare sncf est facilement accessible L’appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé avec une literie agréable et des lumières très accuillantes, et on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Un grand merci aussi aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur aide, notamment pour m’avoir renvoyé un objet appartenant à ma fille oublié après le séjour — un geste vraiment très très appréciable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Ideale locatie voor vrienden of stellen, in het mooie centrum van Nice. Als gezin zou het niet mijn voorkeur hebben.

Pros: Mooie centrale locatie, gezellige en hygiënische uitstraling. Alle voorzieningen zoals restaurants, winkels en supermarkt binnen handbereik. Loopafstand tot de promenade.

Cons: De ingang zat in een steegje achteraf met meerdere sleutelkastjes om toegang te krijgen tot de verschillende appartementen. Als je dit moet doen in de avond na een lange reis, is het handig om vooraf de instructies te lezen om binnen te komen.

Pros: Appartement bien rénové avec climatisation, bien équipé, parfait 👍

Cons: 5 Étages sans ascenseur ☹️☹️ il faut prévenir les futurs clients dans votre annonce. Je suis handicapé et ce fut un calvaire pour monter là haut.... et pour en descendre le lendemain.

Pros: L'emplacement est très central et les chambres très agréables.

Cons: Nous avons mis du temps à trouver les clés pour l'appartement, mais les photos à la fin du mail nous ont aidées.
