Pros: In the old town and it is spacious. It is clean. The real apartment is not as new as the pictures shown in the booking.com. Washing machines is good.
Cons: It is located on the 2/F. If you have big luggage, you will be tired to move the luggage to the apartment. The kettle is dirty. The tap in the bath room do not function well. Though fans are provided, it is very hot in summer in the apartment.

Pros: Amazing location, it is in the middle of old town Nice and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The beach is also not far. Something that was exceptional was the speed of the wifi. It is not often that hotels or apartments have such good wifi. Also, getting the keys was very easy. They have great instructions and even provide a video the day prior. The apartment is big enough and has a very nice vibe, and everything is clean. Another bonus point is that they have a washing machine, a dishwasher and an oven. We didn't use them, but it all looked very functional. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this location again if we ever come back to Nice.
Cons: At night you could hear a bit of the outside because the window leading to the street is definitely not soundproof. If you're a light sleeper I recommend bringing earplugs. I used some and I had no problem sleeping. One last thing, there's only one blanket per bed. Some people prefer sleeping with separate blankets so it would be nice to keep an extra one in the apartment so it can be used. Btw. Ceiling upstairs is a bit low but in my opinion not a problem.

Weekend with family
Pros: Very comfortable apartment in the heart of old Nice. Excellent location. Two Bathrooms with shower and two rooms. Really clean environment. Also convenient for possibile paid parking. Really, really recommended.

Pros: Sehr zentral gelegen, leider nicht klimatisiert, mit Ventilatoren die vor Ort sind aber machbar. Wir konnten viel früher einchecken- das war sehr entgegenkommend. Es war nicht ganz so sauber wie man es sich wünscht aber das hatte laut Eigentümer mit unserer verfrühten Anreisemöglichkeit zu tun. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Emplacement très agréable. Appartement parfait joliment décorer et très fonctionnel . Fidèle à la description. Arrivée très bien expliqué pour récupérer les clefs du logement.
Cons: Pas de climatisation un peu chaud 🥵 mais les ventilateurs présent nous on bien servie . Assez compréhensible je suppose impossible d’équiper vu le quartier certainement classer et donc interdiction de mettre des climatiseurs

Pros: Location in Old Nice was amazing. Unit was very spacious and comfortable. Washer dryer in the unit was a great plus. Had everything I needed for a short stay in Nice.
Cons: I had to take out my own trash. Having to maneuver getting my bags out of the unit down two flights of stairs, plus needing to return the key to the lock box and find a place to discard the trash made leaving a bit more difficult that I would have liked.

Pros: Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le Vieux Nice, idéal, aussi pour les commerces, les restaurants et etc.
Cons: Il serait bien de préciser que la hauteur sous plafond de la cuisine et de la chambre est basse, je déconseille aux personnes de + de 1,80 m. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine est instable, il faudrait le refixer.

Pros: Super appartement très confortable et idéalement situé dans le vieux Nice. Nous y avons séjourné en famille et avons adoré l'aménagement et les équipements de ce très spacieux logement. Pratique et joliment décoré l'appartement se situe à 2 pas des petits restos et commerces. Et gros point positif, la disponibilité et gentillesse de Primo conciergerie depuis le début de ma réservation.
