Superb cosy clean haven

Pros: Lovely clean apartment in the Old town. Easy to find, with lots of cafes, bars and corner shops open over Christmas. Fabulous vibe, close to the promenade , great for strolling around. Not to forget the gentle walk up to the viewpoint ......literally a few hundred yards and you're there !

Pros: Great communication with owner...everything very clear to gain access to the apartment. Although the apartment appears small, it met all my needs (location, comfortable, clean). .Helpful tips for navigating Old Nice. I definitely recommend this site.

Perfect city stay

Pros: Location is unbeatable and a great price for being so close to everything. I was worried it might be noisy being so central but the apartment is on the third floor so it was not a problem at all. The owner was really communicative and flexible with us leaving our bags in the apartment for a few hours which was really appreciated . Perfect for a short term stay in Nice!

Perfect base for out time in nice, would stay again!

Pros: It was comfortable and cosy and exactly what we needed for rest after long days exploring nice.

Cons: Wasn’t much storage space available and the suitcase ended up taking up the whole space. The drop out the window was quite scary but just kept the windows shut the whole time.

Pros: The location of this room is excellent, right in the Old town of Nice, 2-3 minutes walk to the sea. The room is relatively small but cozy, suitable for two people to stay, the price is reasonable. I would like to choose here again next time!

Posizione perfetta, da rivedere i dettagli

Pros: La posizione è perfetta e nell'appartamento c'è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno, pulito e molto carino.

Cons: L'appartamento è davvero tanto piccolo per due persone, se si hanno bagagli grandi diventa impossibile muoversi. Come dettagli, la doccia è poco pratica, i cuscini erano davvero scomodi e non ci sono prese vicino al letto. Anche la tapparella della finestra non era il massimo da utilizzare. In ogni caso la posizione ripaga di tutto e probabilmente riprenoterei qui.
