Outstanding property away from city centre but accessible to every where by foot or tram. Great host.

Pros: Spacious for family of 4. Less than a minute to tram stop and easy walk of 15 minutes to port, old town, beach and Riquer train station. The property had everything you could need for cooking as well and comfortable living. It was newly refurbished and tastefully decorated. Host was highly responsive and very helpful. Bustling but safe neighbourhood. Some noise until midnight with windows open but good aircon solved that. No traffic. Huge Carrefour 5 minutes away. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing. Everything worked.

Very comfortable Apartment great Location

Pros: The place is very complete with everything one needs for a short trip. It was very clean, modern and everything in great condition. It is extremely well located and easy accessibility. The staff was very attentive and supported us very well.

Cons: It has nothing to do with the apartment itself, but outside at night can be noisy, police sirens or garbage truck. But we even slept with opened windows, so even though once in a while some noise happened, we were able to sleep through it.

Pros: Во первых хозяин квартиры был очень приветлив всё рассказал и показал где есть ближайшие хорошие магазины,пляжи,рестораны.Шёл нам на встречу на наши просьбы. В квартире было всё очень чисто и всё было что надо для комфортного проживания с детьми.И даже больше вода,сок,кофе,фрукты.

Pros: L'appartement correspondait à la description. Tatiana et Oleg ont été très réactif par message, flexible. Un panier de fruit nous attendait à notre arrivée. L'appartement était très propre, climatisé, facile d'accès. Apparement à recommander
