We had pleasant stay in Nice

Pros: Very closed to sea and shops, very clean, modern and well maintained. This is also very quiet the night. Facilities like having washing machine was appreciated. Owner is trying his best to make your stay the most enjoyable possible.

Cons: The leak at the shower would need to be fixed. Not a big issue though to enjoy the stay. Maybe make check in at 3 would need to be considered

Excellent for our first family trip in Nice.

Pros: Well located. It is small place but nicely and efficiently designed, everything easy to use for our family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Plugs and lights everywhere, design objects and pictures as well. It is not a minimalist place.

Cons: There is a small flaw of execution in the shower cabin and water can enter the bathroom, if you do not pay attention.

Pros: Pierre ha fatto un lavoro superbo nella ristrutturazione dell'appartamento, che era prima un negozio di fiori. L'appartamento è piccolo, ma ha tutte le comodità necessarie durante una vacanza. Per 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini) è perfetto. Il centro è raggiungibile con una piacevole camminata e in zona sono presenti boulangerie e supermercati. Pierre ci ha accolti per la consegna delle chiavi e ci è venuto a salutare al momento della ns partenza.

Pros: Pier byl velice pozorný hostitel a ubytovani doporučuji. Manželská postel v patře byla pohodlná. Sprcha bez problémů. Dostatek toaletního potřeb, kuchyně plně vybavená, kapslový kávovar a několik kapslí k dispozici.

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr geniessen und hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

Pros: Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage und war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ist auf Bedürfnisse eingegangen.

Cons: Für vier Personen war es ein wenig klein, aber uns hat das nicht sehr gestört, für einen Städtetripp ist es optimal.
