Everything was great.The staff was very helpful.

Pros: The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and the Promenade, everything is within walking distance. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed every day – excellent service.

Pros: This was a nice property, don't have any issues. Each room has a unique theme which is fun. The receptionist was kind, and there were no problems.

Cons: The room was a bit small, but not extremely so. And yes, the bathroom is small, but it wasn't much of a problem either.

Excellent value for money, was so quaint and welcoming

Pros: Breakfast was delicious Staff were friendly and helpful Was excellent value for money Windows were double glazed so was very quiet when they were shut. Bed was very very comfortable

Cons: Door was a bit sticky and hard to close.

Very nice and cozy

Pros: The location is quite perfect, 1.5 km from promenade and tram station is also nearby. The hotel is quite neat and tiddy. Overall vibe is good.

Cons: There is no lift present so be careful about it if you have too many luggages. Wi-Fi signal is weak in room. Room is quite small and if you are going in summer absence of air conditioning would bother you for sure.

Great location with friendly front desk

Pros: The location is prefect ,right next time the tram and restaurants ,walking distance to the port ,staff are friendly!!!!

Cons: Toilets are a bit small but not a complaint just an observation..

Small room but a nice stay, great location

Pros: Convenient location, close to walk everywhere. A tram stop nearby as well as train station. The room was clean and cozy. Very kind personnel. Overall a good stay and can recommend for a short trip.

Cons: The room was tiny what wasn't an issue for us as we travelled with backpacks only. The bathroom was very small too, without place to store toiletries. Walls are thin and it's possible to hear neighbours.

Pros: Perfect hotel! Stylish, clean and neat, with friendly staff who are always helpful. Good breakfast and great location – just a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and 20 minutes to the Promenade.

Cons: There is no air conditioning in room.

Pros: Beautiful, chic hotel with spiral marble staircase and shuttered windows. Lots of arty decor. We stayed in the Grace Kelly room to the delight of my daughter. Bit hot at night but we had two fans which cooled the room. Super helpful reception gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to see. Great location, train station short walk, tram to centre just there and bus to Monaco around the corner.

Comfortable, affordable option when traveling alone

Pros: The bed in my single room was comfortable and bigger than a normal single and the room offered enough space for clothing and the suitcase. There was also a portable AC and small desk as well as a mini fridge. Housekeeping stopped by every day. I also received lots of helpful information at check-in and the location was great.

Cons: As others have mentioned, the bathroom is rather small. It was fine for me but might not work for everyone. If you're a light sleeper, I'd suggest packing some earplugs as it can be a bit noisy when others come back to or leave their room.
