Nice, well-equipped, good location, host is helpful - recommended!
Pros: Very easy to get in with the code and locker on the door. It was very kind from the host to have coffee capsules, chips, cereals, bottle of wine! There was dish soap, dish cloth, toilet paper - so we did not have to start our holiday with a grocery shopping. Good location, public transport is in walking distance. Host replied to our questions immediately.
Cons: The sofa in the dining area served as a spare bed, it wasn't too comfortable. And since it was opened did not leave much space to sit around the table (5 adults and a kid stayed in the apartment). Nigthlife infront of the pub on the corner was a bit loud. Myself worried a bit not hearing from the host days before arriving, but on the day of travelling to Nice Chorine gave all the necessary information and was responsive.

Top appartement.
Pros: Mooi appartement met eigen parkeer gelegenheid en dichtbij centrum
Cons: Ondanks dat het dichtbij centrum is, is het niet echt een veilige buurt vond ik. Ik heb niks meegemaakt maar er hing toch veel luidruchtige jeugd op straat. Jammer dat de wc was in de badkamer was. Aparte wc en badkamer is toch fijner.

Pros: Antes de mais, obrigada pelos cereais e leite para o nosso pequeno almoço. O apartamento em geral foi muito bom.
Cons: A localização do apartamento ficou um pouco a desejar. Parecia uma zona perigosa. Paredes da casa com algumas marcas.

Worth to stay in this property
Pros: It's located in the first floor and an elevator is a plus. Walking distance to main street. A free parking garage also is what interested to us.
Cons: It's quite complicate to understand the instructions that the host provided for getting the keys and open the garage door. We spent half hour to fully understand the instructions before we can enter the room and open the garage door. And the garage is very narrow for our big car. It's better to remove everything belong to the host from the garage.

Nice central apartment
Pros: Nice property. Location is quite central and had good connectivity. Kitchen was well equipped and there were some essential items stocked as well.
Cons: Immediate surroundings were not that great but did not seem an issue.

Great, comfortable stay for good value and an excellent host
Pros: The flat was comfortable for the 5 of us, had every facility we needed, had great public transport connection to different sites in the city, was surrounded with shops and bars. The host was very responsive and flexible, made our stay even more enjoyable :)

Pros: Fijne sfeer in de woning, moderne uitstraling, prettige woonkamer en slaapkamers. Nette badkamer. Complete inventaris, voldoende glazen en borden. Genoeg koffie en lekkere ontbijt spulletjes... fijne plek om een paar dagen te vertoeven. Vlakbij het centrum, en vlakbij de tram. Gare du Sud en de markt geven een gezellige sfeer! Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de parkeerplaats, maar hoe fijn is het daar die er bij komt!
Cons: Behoorlijk wat geluid van de kroeg vlakbij maar niet storend.
