Раджу усім це житло! Зручно , просто , чисто !

Pros: Відмінне розташування , друга лінія , біля самого моря . Зупинка трамваю поряд , залізнична станція поряд ! Ніяких завдатків , житло нове , без зайвих запахів , холодильник чистий та новий , кухня оснащення усім необхідним. Квартира простора , додаткова шумоізоляція ! На 10 з 10 ! Ми задоволені!

Mir hat alles gefallen und es war alles sauber.

Pros: Ich fand alles gut. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Von der Wohnung zum Meer wahren es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß.

Pros: Un appartamento pulito e carino a due passi dal lungo mare. Comodissimo per un viaggio di una settimana in quattro!!

Pros: L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole, sicuramente ristrutturato di recente. I letti e il divano sono comodi , la cucina ha tutto ciò che serve ed è molto silenzioso nonostante l'affaccio su una specie di tangenziale e ferrovia. L'appartamento è ben posizionato infatti è vicino alla spiaggia e sotto casa vi è la fermata del tram per andare in centro, inoltre vicino c'è un supermercato e panettiere.

Cons: L'appartamento ha un balcone che si affaccia su tangenziale e ferrovia per cui , soprattutto d'estate credo possa essere un problema in quanto non si possono tenere aperte le finestre anche se vi sono due condizionatori.
