Pros: Conveniently located in Vieux Nice, short walk to the beach and surrounded by excellent shops and restaurants. Well-equipped with everything you need, and Marco is very helpful and responds quickly to any queries. Great views over the city.

Cons: Only thing people need to be aware of is steep steps to the flat.

Pros: Location is convenient for the beach, public transport and exploring the wonderful Old Town and local markets The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well equipped in a quiet and safe area. Our Host Marco was very welcoming and helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the locality. We highly recommend a stay.

Pros: Fantastic location, very quiet, yet just above the main streets of the old town. Two double bedrooms with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen, space to relax after a days work.

Cons: Tricky entrance door to the building, other wise superb.

Pros: A charming apartment with wonderful location and facilities. The hosts were so helpful and looked after us so well. Loved our stay and will certainly be back again!

Two Aussies-Great Stay

Pros: We enjpyed our stay very much even though we had 40 steep steps to negotiate every time we entered or left the property. Marco our host was extremely helpful and he even met us at the tram stop and took our bags up the stairs for us and then did the same when we left which we were very grateful for. He gave us heaps of useful information on Nice and surrounds and was quick to help us with any queries we had. Location is great and close to transport. The apartment has a very well appointed modern kitchen with everything you need if you wanted to cook. We had breakfast daily and it even had egg cups!!! The crockery was very nice also. The bathroom is also modern and very comfortable with a washing machine which we used. I would recommend this charming old place with beautiful views over the old town. Our only small complaint was that the mattresses on beds are very soft and not the most comfortable.

Cons: Maybe update the mattresses on the beds but besides that we were very happy with everything. A big thanks to Marco for your hospitality.

Pros: The property was in a fabulous location, 5 minute walk to the beach and close to all the best restaurants and bars. It was well decorated and extremely clean and comfortable! The facilities were above and beyond with air conditioning, fresh linen and towels and amenities.
