Pros: Flights and trains were delayed....strikes....property people helped out by arranging a taxi that night (around midnight) to collect us from the train station with the keys - after such a stressful day - this helped enormously....

Cons: No complaints really

Great spot to base yourself in Nice

Pros: Loved the terrace, and the outlay of the place. Great base for a small group. In an ideal spot walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and wine bars in old town, but nice and quiet at night within a gated property complex.

Cons: Furniture and beds seem a bit older, but pictures accurately showed them.

Pros: Large balcony with lovely view. Location by old town excellent.

Pros: Fabulous location, very secure and really well equipped apartment. Really appreciated the air con in the very hot weather.

Cons: It was great that garage was there but it was extremely narrow Slightly better instructions on how to arrive to the appartment would be useful

Het was een fijn verblijf in een schoon appartement op toplocatie!

Pros: De locatie is geweldig. Vrijwel alles is op loopafstand binnen 10 a 15 minuten te bereiken. Ook als je verder weg wil is de metro om de hoek en zijn veel busverbindingen binnen enkele minuten te bereiken. Je zit in alle rust dichtbij de oude stad. Het appartement was erg schoon en dat was fijn. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement is prachtig en het is heel fijn om een wat ruimer balkon te hebben.

Cons: De kinderen sliepen niet echt op bedden, maar een alternatief soort bed. Dat was even wennen, maar ze hebben er redelijk op kunnen slapen. Het tweepersoonsbed is redelijk aan de krappe kant en heeft 1 laken.

Super séjour pour toute la famille!

Pros: Le charme de l'appartement, l'emplacement situé au cœur de la vielle ville, mais à proximité de la plage, mais aussi de la place Garibaldi. Un grand calme de la résidence pour autant. C'était parfait.

Cons: Petit bémol, sur le manque d'une machine à café type Nespresso, Dolce Gusto... Et pour pinailler, parce que l'appartement était bien équipé, une vaisselle un peu plus authentique pour correspondre au reste de l'appartement.

Pros: Sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa varsin keskeisellä paikalla. Suhtellisen hyvin varustelltu. Näkymä terassilta vanhan kaupungin suuntaan oli upea! Ilmastointitoimi todella hyvin.

Cons: Alakerran wc: käsiletku vuosi, korjaus tehtiin muutaman huolestuneen viestin jälkeen. Yksi olohuoneen jatkopistorasioista toimi vain ajoittain. Esitteessä olut kuivausrumpu oli rikki ja äpoistettu käytöstä. Pesukoneen luukku on vaikea sulkea. Juomalasit muovia!!! Toisen makuuhuoneen sängyt ovat lähes lattiatasoiset. Onneksi aiemmista arvioinneista voi lukea, että autotallien kautta pääsi myös hissillä, rappusia oli todella paljon.

Un excellent adresse de vacances

Pros: Une location très bien située, en haut du vieux Nice, et qui a tout à fait correspondu aux attentes. Parfait une famille avec un ou deux enfants. L'appartement est bien conçu avec une partie pour les chambres située à l'étage et les pièce à vivre au-dessous. Une belle vue sur les toits du vieux Nice.

Cons: L usuel point, et c'est vraiment un détail concerne la vaisselle qui aurait pu être un peu plus \
