Nice Chateau Duplex Menica vue sur le vieux Nice

Fantastic spot

Pros: Great location, air conditioning upstairs and downstairs is super effective, and really well decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washing machine tablets supplied was greatly appreciated!!

Cons: Note: there are a lot of stairs to access the property. The water pressure for the shower was very intermittent and at times almost stopped working. However was resolved easily :)

Pros: Great property. Small but efficient. Lovely and modern. Has everything you could possibly need.

Cons: The property itself is under reconstruction. A lot of noise from the neighbour flat. A lot of hazard on the staircase. Staff- could do better. Had to wait outside for the check in as the office was unexpectedly closed, but not a big deal here. Mind you need to pay a deposit which they states they would refund in 24h after checkout. Its been 5 days still no refund. Just minor issues like that

Pros: Staff was friendly. The only thing to note is that there is a lot of stairs to get there so I wouldn't recommend this stay for an elderly couple.

Pros: The space was clean and bigger than expected. The view from the window was beautiful. Air-conditioning 10/10 The apartment was decorated beautifully

Cons: More for awareness as this is an older building there is a good amount of stairs to get to it and getting to the bedroom the stairs are almost vertical so not ideal for someone that stuggles get up and down steps. However I did not like anything I thought the place was beautiful

Pros: Amazing view, very clean, comfortable bed, kitchen has everything you need. Washer in the bathroom.

Cons: Nothing.

If I went back to Nice, I’d book the same spot to stay!

Pros: The property was situated in the most incredible part of Nice, within walking distance of all the restaurants, beach and in a festive and very pretty area. Above the apartment is a huge park that makes for gorgeous views and a lovely spot for a picnic!

Cons: Everything! The views were amazing, the house was very well equipped with a washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher and some really nice additions to make you feel comfortable and welcome!

Absolutely would stay again.

Pros: The property was immensely clean, all the fixtures and fittings were top notch and it is in a prime location just up the hill from the old town, set upon a hill with a beautiful view looking out at Cimiez, the view was that good I could spot the apartment from the MAMAC viewing platform. The air conditioning was excellent, to have it in the bedroom to combat the loft heat was a lovely touch, and it is set in an excellently deceiving building, an old french flat building, and then when you open the door, a beautiful, modern flat that is not at all out of place.

Cons: If I had something negative to say, I would, but I cannot think of anything.

Great apartment, stairs inside not suitable for elderly guests. Would stay again.

Pros: High standard rooms, nice finishes all looked new.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful location and apartment. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere nicer in Nice! In fact the place was even better than what the photos reveal.
