Great!

Pros: This property is in a great location right at the old town. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The lady we met on check in was lovely and very accommodating, even giving us some local food recommendations etc.

Cons: The property is hard to find on goggle maps. Perhaps it would be useful for the owner to give different co ordinated for check in as Google maps will bring you to the side street.

Pros: Spacious and bright for a studio apartment. Great location in Old Town. Comfortable bed. Nice outdoor terrace.

Cons: A few small changes could make this much better for guests. Too much of owners \

Nice flat in a good location

Pros: Great location. Also great to have parking included as it is not easy to park or drive in Nice. We had a problem with our shower leaking but the staff immediately sent out a plumber to fix it. Very reactive.

Cons: A deposit is held via swikly and no inventory is done when you check in.

The perfect stay in Old Nice

Pros: Amazing location, very secure with several gates to enter the property and amazingly backed out directly into the streets of old nice. The courtyard was also perfect and the space was great. Very sizeable room and living area combine plus the bathroom was excellent in comparison to most European tiny bathrooms.

Pros: Appartement très bien placé , literie de très bonne qualité , et place de parking en sous sol parfaite. Et propriétaire charmante.

Perfekte Lage und super ruhig

Pros: Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch! Man ist in wenigen Minuten an den wichtigsten öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, direkt am Coline de Chateau und die Altstadt auch direkt vor der Haustür. Da es eine Sackgasse ist ist es zudem extrem ruhig.

Cons: Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Auf dem Sofa und Boden waren noch Krümel und und in der Dusche noch Haare.

Pros: Puiki vieta - šalia Garibaldžio aikštės kur yra tramvajaus stotelė, arti autobusų stotelės iš kurių galima nuvykti į kitus miestelius, šalia turgus, maisto parduotuvės, kavinės. Rami ir saugi vieta su uždaru kiemu. Butui priklauso jauki terasa, kurioje labai malonu pusryčiauti ir vakarieniauti. Patogi lova.

Cons: Terasa nėra švari, reikėtų bent pašluoti prikritusius lapus, augalai terasoje nuvytę. Spintelės stalčiai sulūžę, nepatogu darinėti. Apartamentas skirtas dviems žmonėms, bet buvo tik viena antklodė, mes norėjome miegoti po atskiromis antklodėmis, paprašius dar vienos antklodės (iš tikrųjų tai reikėjo bent dar vienos paklodės, nes buvo labai karšta ir antklodės nereikėjo), buvo pasakyta kad nepriklauso, nes tai yra \

Pros: Локацията ми хареса много. В сърцето на стария град и в същото време беше много тихо и спокойно.Плажа на няколко минути разстояние пеша. Апартамента добре обзаведен с всички удобства. Комфортно легло.Персонала много мил и на разположение . Бихме се върнали отново.
