We loved our stay in Old Town Nice here. So cute and has the most beautiful views over all of Nice! The flat is walking
Pros: Everything! Charming, traditional, homey. Loved having beach towels and beds available and loved our host, Marco.
Cons: No aircon but didn’t overly bother us :) Shower could use some mould spray/bleach (you can see when doors are closed from the inside). Everything else spotless :)

Amazing with great host
Pros: Marco the host was absolutely amazing - he got in contact with us prior to arriving and was very accommodating with our arrival/check out time and great at communicating. He was so friendly and gave us so much useful information for things to do/see/eat during our stay. The apartment itself is in an amazing location and the views are stunning. The apartment is lovely and feels very authentic.
Cons: There was nothing not to like - aircon would have helped in the August heat, but there was a fan provided.

Loved it!
Pros: Loved everything! The view onto old town was amazing!! Only issue was that the shower drain blocked up a bit when we first used it but fixed with the plunger I’m guessing because old drains! Narrow stair case to get up but wasn’t an issue for us. Close to lots of nice restaurants! Overall the host was very good always checking in a gave lots of recommendations :)

Pros: Such a beautiful location, after some free exercise up the stairs! Boy was the view worth it🤩 we really enjoyed being so central yet peaceful. Marco, our host, was very punctual, friendly and sent a wonderful list of recommendations. He even made the effort to bring an iron when I needed it urgently. We love Nice and will be back for sure!

Pros: I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in the best area of Old Town Nice, and it was a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, nestled in a busy area full of life, yet the apartment itself was in a quiet building where the noise didn't reach, providing a perfect balance. The apartment was beautifully decorated, exuding charm with photos showing how Nice used to look years ago. It really added a unique and nostalgic touch. The host was exceptional, enhancing my stay with his warm hospitality and helpfulness, sending me recommendations for many wonderful places to visit around the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and all the facilities were top-notch, easily deserving a perfect score. The only minor downside was the lack of air conditioning, as it got incredibly hot during my stay. Despite that, I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in Nice's Old Town. I can’t wait to be back!!

A homely little studio offering everything you need for your stay in nice with a great view!
Pros: The property was beautiful and had lovely views of nice old town. The studio is perfectly located with walking distance to transport, restaurants, shops and most importantly the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and Marco left us some lovely orange juice, coffee and sweet treats for our stay. We were also supplied with beach towel and toiletries. We were greeted by a lovely Mrs Mauro who showed us around the property and made us feel like we were home and gave us great recommendations for our stay.
Cons: Nothing! It was a perfect 4 night stay

Pros: The view was absolutely jaw dropping incredible. All the facilities were perfect and it had everything needed. Was clean when we arrived and the host Marco was so lovely and accommodating. The location was excellent and I promise the climb up all the stairs is most definitely worth it. Would 100% stay again.

Wonderful apartment with great placement and host
Pros: Everything was perfect, it is such a charming apartment with everything you need for a good stay in Nice! The host Marco was beyond great and so helpful, gave us a lot of tips for our trip. The placement in a calm, authentic neighbourhood in the old town of Nice was wonderful. We give our warmest recommendations and hope to come back, will definitely be staying here again!

Gorgeous stay
Pros: The apartment had everything you might need for a stay in the south of france, the host had thought about every detail such as beach towels, parasols, etc. The size of the flat is perfect for a couple and even though it has a pull out couch, it was surprisingly comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the old town but on the quieter street so quite calm. The views from the window were spectacular and the open windows on both sides gave us a nice breeze. The hosts were lovely and gave us great recommendations. We would definitely love to stay there again if we're ever in Nice.
Cons: The stairs are the price you pay for the gorgeous views. It was fine for us because we are young and travelled with our carry ons only, but I would reconsider if we had any mobility concerns or bigger / heavier luggage.
