Lovely apartment in the South of France

Pros: Well located, a stone throw from the main trainstation and right next to the main shopping street. Very comfortable beds and nice warm shower. Wonderful place and lovely host

Cons: Nothing - it was perfect

I had a great experience and wouldn’t think twice to stay here again if Im ever visit Nice

Pros: Great location beside train station tram stop to get to old town and aerport and supermarket room was warm and very clean with small kitchen for cooking and rachael was very helpfull

Pros: Small but cozy room. There was everything one person needed. Exceptionally clean and good location.

Pros: Very clean with a comfy bed and a central location. Good kitchen area for those staying longer and wishing to cook. Hot shower with decent flow of water.

Cons: Before booking, I read the recent reviews and saw that Audrie on 20 Oct and Merlie on 26 Oct both mentioned there being coffee and tea and sugar. This makes a difference for me. I don’t want to have to put such items in my small back pack when staying for two nights only. I was therefore very disappointed to find NO coffee, tea or sugar and when I asked the lady who let me in, she didn’t smile whilst she told me there was a supermarket around the corner. It seems some get whilst others don’t and this soured my experience. No water bottle provided either. No great when we are trying to reduce plastic waste.

Pros: The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. The place was very clean, the location couldn't have been better for Nice. Also nice insulation on the terrace

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable and far too small for two people. The shower space was also a bit small.

Pros: Small but very practical for 2 persons. Especially I liked that there were some small practical items like salt, sugar, tea, kitchen paper, scissors, cleaning brush etc). Very close to shopping, restorants, tram and railway station. 15 min walking to the promenade. Partly crouwded street, ok environment.

Cons: The noise from the street and neigbours opening- closing their door was a bit disturbing.

Pros: Very central location. 100metres to main train station. Tram stop outside door.

Pros: The location is excellent, it is very central, close to the train station, the shopping precinct, and restaurants. The studio has everything we need with a beautiful view. The staff are very hospitable and kind.

Cons: The bathroom is very small.
