Nice Apartment Old Town

Excellent apartments located in the old town of Nice, which is very convenient when planning trips to various attraction

Lovely apartment in great location

Pros: The location is brilliant, in the old town but very quiet. We used the balcony every day for various meals...the bakery at the bottom of the road is excellent. Everything was spotless and the shower worked well

Pros: This apartment is in a great location of Old Town of Nice which offers great restaurants and proximity to the beach. David and Emma were terrific hosts offering great options for touring and eating, they were great to communicate with and always willing to assist, we would definitely stay here again.

12/10 Exceptional Old Town Nice Accommodation

Pros: As per the heading, this accommodation was exceptional! The hosts, David & Emma set the tone with their communication before arrival and the warm personal welcome. They were also very helpful in providing”local knowledge” advice on dining options and taxi services. All with a positive and genuine engagement. Every aspect of the apartment is spot on! Two split air conditioning units added to the comfort of our stay, which was during a heat wave. The location provides easy access to all the Old Town has to offer, whilst also providing easy access to everything else Nice offers. If we return to Nice for yet another visit, the timing will be dependent on the availability of this apartment again! What else is there to say, other than that a 10/10 is an understatement of how good this accommodation is!

Nice old town - a beautiful place to visit

Pros: Location was perfect situated in the heart of the old town with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was as described, clean, a good size with all the facilities you need. Communication was excellent, David and Emma greeted us on arrival and David could not have been more helpful. We would not hesitate in staying here again in future.

Cons: Nothing really, we had a lovely time apart from the rain

Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Its location in Nice old town is perfect for sightseeing and yet it was on a quiet street so you are guaranteed a good night’s sleep. David and Emma are attentive hosts and were readily available for contact if required. Arrival and departure were straightforward and efficient.

Great Hosts! Great Location!

Pros: David and Emma couldn't be nicer people to deal with! Communications were excellent and I know if we had developed a problem they would have been there to help. The location is superb, right on the edge of Old Town and super close to all the great eateries, shops and transportation. The property has everything you need for an extended stay including a great little supermarket very close-by!

Cons: There were a couple times where other residents made a bit of noise which could be heard but it is an apartment in a traditional style building of the area so it's just part of the deal.
