Spacious and bright flat close to the beach : heart of old Nice

Pros: Love the location. Right in the heart of Nice old town. Loved walking through different alleys. And i love the ancient furnitures and artish decorations. The host is very specific, very good communication. Love to come back

Cons: The only thing is there is no lift in this very old buidling. Maynot suitable for senior traveller.

Brilliant stay in a well equipped apartment in a great location

Pros: The property was a brilliant location right in the centre of the old town and so handy to the front. The living room and kitchen were such a good size and lovely bathroom. The property was very comfortable and the champagne for our arrival was a lovely touch

Cons: Quite a lot of stairs with a buggy but was absolutely fine for the location and worth it to be in that area. The fans were quite loud at night but we stayed during the heatwave so usually you wouldn't need them

A charming historical apartment in stunning Old Town Nice

Pros: Great communication from the host, and it was lovely to have a detailed list of recommendations for the area. The flat itself is stylishly and thoughtfully decorated - Matt has some beautiful pieces! As far as the location, it is a bit of a walk to get to the flat itself if you are dropped off by car or driving because Old Town Nice is pedestrian only, but you are really in the heart of things - close to the beach, the main square, and more delicious restaurants than you could possibly visit.

Cons: I'm sure this is on the listing so this is not a complaint, but just a note that the flat is up 4.5 flights of stairs which is something to consider if one has mobility issues, heavy luggage, or small children. The flat was very hot in June, even with fans going. We were comfortable enough sleeping but definitely wanted to be out and about in the daytime.

Pros: Excellent apartment, right in the centre of old Nice. Plenty of places to eat, drink and soak up the atmosphere

Feels like staying at home

Pros: The place is homey, decorated, and well-equipped. Host is kind and responsive. Location is right in the centre of vieux ville and it’s 3-5 min walk to the local market and the sea view board walk.

Cons: It was 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. I would recommend not bringing heavy luggages.

Pros: Great communication with the owner. Flexible check out time. Very nice and cozy Interior decoration.

Wonderful apartment with art details

Pros: The location of the apartment is incredible. It is arranged with many art details and gives us wonderful impressions. The owner assists so much with useful advice about attractions, restaurants and shops. He is responsible and kind. The facilities were fine and easy to use.
