The apartment was like a family home with excellent facilities.

Pros: Location, apartment size was executor my family of 5

Cons: There was no negatives

Amazing spacious apartment, within the heart of Nice!

Pros: Great space for 6 of us! Very comfortable beds, including the sofa bed. Amazing location within Nice old town with fantastic restaurants and bars at your doorstep, 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the train station to take you along the French Riviera.

Cons: A bit loud at night but when you’re in the centre that is expected.

Super. We’ll be back.

Pros: The location was excellent and despite the apartment being in the centre of Vieux Nice it was very quiet at night.

Cons: One small thing, the dishwasher did not work. Everything else was very good and we had a super time.

Pros: Top Lage, hohe Räume, hell, Ausstattung... alles bestens

Pros: Good location, nice rooms, we were 6 persons and those who slept in the dining room were not very comfortable because of the wooden floor noise. For 4 persons is excelent

Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

Pros: Lage ist perfekt, nur die Anreise ist kompliziert, da es keine Parkmöglichkeit gibt. Das Haus liegt in kleinen Gäßchen. Mit viel Gepäck ist es eine Herausforderung (IRONMAN), aber die tolle Lage entschädigt.

Cons: Ein Mäuschen lief durch die Wohnung. Man sollte vielleicht auch unter den Möbeln mal sauber machen.

Had the best sleeps at this spacious apartment in the heart of Old Nice.

Pros: Super comfortable beds, spacious apartment, effective a/c, 2 bathrooms. View from windows was lovely. Having a washing machine was very helpful.

Cons: Cleanliness was lacking a little. There was a dried contact lens on the bathroom counter. The bathtub also needed a proper clean.

Pros: Great location, and a well appointed apartment with sufficient cooking equipment. this was my third stay....

Cons: the apartment is only 50m from a night club that is open 11.30pm to 4am. The first night the club was open and we could not sleep until after 4am. The city had issued a closure notice for the next 10 nights so things were pretty quiet. Since the apartment is in the center of the Old City, it is necessary to keep the windows closed at night which does keep out over 90% of outside noise so the apartment is very quiet at night assuming the Club is closed...

It was great but loud and a little bit too uptight with the rules temperature ,shutters , cleaning up after

Pros: Perfect location for shopping and beach. Very close to tram and many restaurants as well.

Cons: Got pretty loud at night with a night club across from us. Had a list of things to do before leaving the apartment each time. A little too uptight for my liking , especially when on vacation.

Pros: Podróżowaliśmy z dziećmi. Apartament o świetnej lokalizacji, wygodne łóżka, blisko do morza, lokali gastronomicznych, łatwy dostęp do środków komunikacji miejskiej.
