The perfect place to stay in the heart of the Old Town.

Pros: Wonderful location in the heart of Vieux Nice. Boulangerie, grocery shops, restaurants, bars all close by. Quiet at night as there’s no passing traffic. The balcony was a bonus . Sat outside watching the activity in the street even when the weather was cold. The apartment was spacious and warm. Comfortable bed and pillows , good shower and well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication for checking in. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we visit again.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Excellent enjoyable stay

Pros: Located right in the middle of old town easy to get anywhere you wanted to go. Having a balcony was really nice also.

Cons: Bed was slightly too hard but that is a personal choice for us a topper would have made it more comfortable.

Perfect location, spacious and light apartment

Pros: Spacious, light apartment which had all the things you need for living. Location is perfect. It was luxurious to have my own french balcony with views to the old town.

Cons: The bed was squeaky, but good to sleep otherwise.

Pros: It was so spacious and comfortable, Every need was catered for. The decor is charming and we felt very at home.

Pros: The location and balcony was a big plus, overlooking a busy cafe street. Perfect for a glass of rosé

Cons: We were well catered to for most things but the kitchen crockery and glassware could use a restock

Cons: Be aware there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment. Not good for people with limited mobility.
