Prefecture Duplex - Old Town

A fantastic stay in well located apartment in the old town.

Pros: Well located and spacious apartments in the old town with lots of restaurants and local markets. Short walk to tram and train station.

Cons: The apartment could be better equipped with tableware.

Great place and host!

Pros: Close to bars and restaurants, and the great waterfront!

Cons: A little noisy at night time, was also quite cold during the winter.

Pros: It is in the heart of the old town. Wonderful location. The appartement is spacious, comfortable and clean. There are several parking houses within 5-minutes-walk. The beach and the market is very close.

The location is awesome, but…. There is a lot of noise form bara and pubs. So it wont be quite nights.

Pros: The location of this apartaments is awesome. If you travel a lot, so it is perfect for you. All around you can find so many cosy restaurants. The sea is near by. You can go any direction. The apartaments have all needed things.

Cons: First of all it is smaller than in a pictures, but it is suitable for 6 persons. Secondly, if you want a quite place for rest its not for you… below there are pubs bars and other restaurants. So the noise is till 4 oclock in the morning… so you need to sleep in a quite or you must drink too… sad but this is a true.

Excellent stay would recommend

Pros: Very spacious. Great location by lots of amenities and short walk to promenade and many restaurants.

Cons: Noise from bar in the street below at night but this did not go too late into the night.

A lovely trip and a well located big flat meeting our expectations

Pros: The location in the middle of the old town is perfect and the size of the flat was great. We were 5 travellers and had enough space for all. And everxthing was very clean, we got enough towels. We needed to heat the flat as it was quite cold, after some tests it was no problem. The house was was not loud only the bar next door held people outside, but no longer then midnight - and the bar ist a super tip for having a drink! Our host - we did not meet in person - was nice, we communicated via whatsapp two times.

Cons: Unfortunately one of the beds was broken and not so comfy. The smell from a fish restaurant close by was a bit tricky when we opened the windows for letting fresh air in

Pros: Recommendation, in an excellent location in the old town.

Girls trip in Nice

Pros: Perfect location, close to most of the turistic spots, great restaurants around. Great service from host team. The apartment was very clean too, beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, has all you need for a stay.

Cons: Only 1 toilet and 2 showers, so if you have a big group it may be a bit complicated.

Pros: Location of the pace was bang in the middle of fun

Cons: Toilet opens in kitchen … really ?

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, blisko plaży, wielu barów i knajp. Otrzymaliśmy dwa zestawy kluczy.

Cons: Łazienki i kuchnia wymagają remontu, jeden z grzejników nie działał, brak instrukcji wymeldowania. Mimo dwóch łazienek jest tylko jedna toaleta.
