Pros: Everything was very clean and nice. The hostess was friendly and the communication with her was easy. The location is a bit far from the centre but we had a rental car so it was not a problem for us. The apartment is very safe and quiet. The terrace was really nice with the furniture and the lawn.

Great stay with friends
Pros: This was a stunning property, loads of space for the 6 of us so many places for us to sit and eat inside or outside. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would mostly need for a short stay. Including washing machine dishwasher. We had a slight issue with the pull out bed but that was this sorted out promptly the next day. Communication with the host was amazing. Access to a pool shared with the complex but it was rarely busy so was great. The property is on a very tall and long hill so if you don’t want to take public transport or walk this would be something to consider but otherwise really great, quiet and private.
Cons: The heating didn’t quite work when we tried to change it in the rooms, but I’m sure this would’ve been something that was rectified if you messaged them.

Magnifique
Pros: Emplacement idéal sur les hauteurs de Nice à 2km en voiture. La vue de l'appartement est magnifique sur la chaîne des montagnes. Une belle vue mer de la residence en décalage, mais magnifique. Une terrasse hyper agréable en été je pense, car le 11 novembre nous avons pris le café au soleil.

Lovely modern apartment with great pool
Pros: Lovely apartment; very clean and well equipped; beautiful pool; quiet but convenient location
Cons: The shutter from the living area to the terrace got stuck prior to our arrival, which meant we were only able to access the terrace via the bedrooms, which wasn’t ideal. However, we were offered the option of cancelling or receiving some compensation, which was appreciated.

Polecam z kilkoma uwagami.
Pros: Klucze musieliśmy odebrać w innym miejscu, ale było to bardzo blisko obiektu, więc nie był to problem. Niezwykle miła osoba zarządzająca - mimo, że nie spotkaliśmy się osobiście to wszystkie nasze pytania i problemy były załatwione przez SMS. Bardzo przestronne, wygodne mieszkanie z tarasem i małym ogródkiem. Wszelkie udogodnienia - pralka, suszarka, zmywarka, klimatyzacja. Wystarczająca ilośc naczyń, sztućców i garnków. Rolety antywłamaniowe, dzięki którym było bezpiecznie i ciemno w sypialniach. Bezpłatny parking i wifi oraz smart tv. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z centrum - przystanek autobusowy naprzeciw budynku z często jeżdżącymi autobusami do przystanku przesiadkowego w pobliżu plaży i pasażu. Basen dostępny dla mieszkańców budynku.
Cons: Niezbyt jasna instrukcja wjazdu na parking, który jest bardzo niski niecałe 2 m. W pobliżu brak jakichkolwiek sklepów poza małą piekarnią naprzeciwko szpitala. Basen z tak wieloma zakazami, że nie stanowi atrakcji dla dzieci - jak powiedziała jedna z sąsiadek - \

Ich würde dieses Appartment wieder buchen.
Pros: Es war sehr sauber, gross und ruhig. Wir waren 5 Personen und wir hatten genug Platz. Auch das Sofabett war bequem. Es hatte einen schönen Garten (Tisch und Liegestühle) und der gemeinsame Pool war super, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat direkt beim Eingang der Residenz eine Busstation, der Bus führt zum Strand.
Cons: Es war zwar nicht sehr nahe am Strand, dennoch brauchte man mit dem Bus nur 15-20 Minuten. Es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, man müsste mit dem Bus fahren, um den nächsten Supermarkt zu erreichen.
