good location but demanding too much

Pros: very convienent location to the beach , supermarket and restaurant

Cons: the distance to take key from the apartment is a bit long, annoying for guests coming late. the door is hard to unlock. 500Euro of property deposit is too much, 10:00am as maximum check-out time is striking

Very conveniently located apartment with excellent facilities! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Very convenient location- Nice Ville Railway station within 25 mins walk. Close to Place Masséna, supermarkets & wonderful Promenade.

Cons: Location to pick keys upon arrival, could have been closer- at a more convenient location, especially for a 1st time visitor.

Great apartment in Old Nice

Pros: 1. Location: It's bang in the center of Old Nice and 5 minutes from the beach & Massena Square. Line 1 stops are close by & it's a 15 mins walk down Jean Medicine to the Nice Ville station. 2. Communication from staff was very clear & concise. They told us when & how the security deposit will be blocked. Pick up for keys & other instructions were very clear. The deposit was released post check out. 3. The apartment is very well-sized for 2-3 people. Its has everything you many need for a comfortable stay - washing machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, iron etc. They have also given a drying rack & floaties for the beach.

Cons: 1. The door to the apartment is a real problem. The wood has swelled up which doesn't allow the door to close properly. You have to push & pull really hard in order to align the door with the lock. One time we had thought we locked the door but it was open. Management should fix this to avoid any security issues. 2. Although the floor of the apartment was clean there was a lot of dust on the countertops, TV, side tables etc. 3. August was extremely hot & the AC was not cooling as effectively. There was no fan in the apartment to keep the air moving. 4. Shower is not good. It's loose on its stand & the pressure was not consistent. The bathroom had no ventilation which made it stuffy & steamy. No hooks for hanging clothes or towels. 5. The Balcony has a terrible view to the back of the building. We couldn't sit outside at all.

Pros: Great location, near the Opera beach, close to L1 tram station. Apartment was clean and comfortable, has everything you need.

Friendly space close to the nicest parts of the city.

Pros: The location was one street away from the beach, close to the tram and the old city. It was clean, spacious and overlooking an interior courtyard which made it less noisy.

Cons: There was no soap( there was shower gel and shampoo), no salt, no proper knife and no complimentary coffee capsules for the coffee machine. We could live without of course, just nice to have.

Pros: The location is very good! Very close to the beach and the room was very clean, the staff pretty friendly

Pros: Position is great,tram and bus are steps away to move around. Staff can speak both italian and english to help you. The apartment was perfectly clean.

Pros: Great recommendations for the location. You are in the center of Nice. You will find an apartment very easily and quickly

Cons: A few days before the start of the arrangement, they insisted to paid deposit in the amount of 200 EUR. They have not set a damage deposit to cover possible damages, and it was not stated on the terms and conditions under my reservation and on the website. Booking didn't protect me, so I had to pay a deposit. That's the amount I was practically denied on the trip. Be sure to take pictures of the entire apartment before entering and upon leaving, so that the deposit will be returned to you upon departure. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression.

Sehr gute Lage, außerhalb der Saison Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Kleinere Defizite, die es an Touristenorten eben so gibt.

Pros: Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt und nur wenige Minuten vom Meer. Gute Infrastruktur um das Haus mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Markt etc. Ausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung vollkommen ausreichend. Wir waren außerhalb der Hauptsaison hier und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut.

Cons: Die Bettwäsche und die Decken hatten einige unappetitliche Flecken. Wenn es kühl ist, gibt es keine ausreichenden Möglichkeiten zum Heizen. Die Wohnungstür schließt nicht sehr sicher. Es ist nicht in Ordnung, bei der Buchung über Booking eine Kaution von 150€ anzugeben und beim Checkin auf 500€ zu bestehen.

Posizione eccellente. Piccolo ma allo stesso tempo comodo. Ottima la qualità del sonno.

Pros: Posizione eccezionale. Al portone accanto si trova un Monoprix. 3 minuti da piazza massena e altrettanti per il mare. Riscaldamento super efficiente.

Cons: La divisione degli spazi lascia passare molti rumori tra la camera e il soggiorno/cucina.
