Overall, a good stay in a great spot — just a few small tweaks could make it even more comfortable!

Pros: We had a really nice stay at this apartment in Nice. It’s in a great location and was clean and comfortable. The host was super kind to let us drop off our luggage early, which was really helpful.

Cons: The only downside was communication — when we asked if we could leave our luggage after checkout, we didn’t get a reply until after we’d already left and spent €50 on luggage storage. A quicker response would have made things a lot easier. A few small improvements could make the place even better: the pillows were quite flat and there weren’t any spares, and it would be great to have a few hooks for coats and towels. Also, only two toilet rolls were left, so having a bit more would be appreciated.

Great holiday location if you are looking for a city break

Pros: Location was fantastic right in the centre of Nice old town and near to the beach

Cons: No balcony or pool but location makes up for that and beach is metres away

Recommend for great location and convenience

Pros: Large property with two rooms great for bigger groups. Location was very convenient - nearby the sea and minutes from the shopping area. Easy to check in and there was a lift to the 3 floor.

Cons: Some of the furniture like the sofa was looking quite worn.

Great location, spacious appartment.

Pros: Great location, spacious appartment. The key box was a bit hard to open so we strugled to get in upon arrival, but once that was sorted we had a lovely stay. The location is really great! The owner was friendly and responded fast to any questions we had.

Pros: Ideal location. Very clean modern bathrooms. Beautiful old building. Easy checking in and out. Clear communication and instructions.

Cons: Just a few small design irritations like the door not opening easily

Nice apartment for a week in Nice city centre

Pros: Nice apartment right in the heart of Nice city centre. Clean, spacious apartment. We had a good time there.

Huge, comfy apartment in great location

Pros: Huge apartment - very spacious. Had a lift which was great for moving our luggage. The beds were comfy and the TV was a smart TV so had access to Netflix etc. Location was excellent! Walkable to the beach and many good restaurants. There were also some beach umbrellas in the wardrobes which were handy for the free beaches.

Cons: Would've been good to have a clothes rack to dry clothes on and also some extra pillows on the bed.
