Pros: I loved the location it was perfect with beautiful surroundings. The apartment is very comfortable. It was a perfect base to explore the area. The beach was a couple of minutes stroll. A very good and reasonably priced supermarket right next door.
Cons: 100 steps to get up to the apartment. It was fine as we are fairly fit. Just needed to plan well and not be popping in and out too often. The second bedroom maybe not suitable for older people as there are a few more steps and the toilet is separate. But it is accurately portrayed in the description.

Pros: Location was sublime …separation of bedrooms was fabulous so that one wasn’t disturbed when the other left early for work/run!
Cons: Some basic amenities like tea and coffee would have been a nice touch

Pros: Perfect location, very quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, terrace is a bonus.
Cons: There is no safe place to leave the keys by the check out, some safety box next to the appartment would be an option. Appart from that everything was good.

Loved every minute of Nice and the accomodation
Pros: The central position in old town was awesome, we actually didnt use our hire car once....but parking directly across the road at Euro $27.50 for 24hrs was very reasonable and very handy. The apartment was like new with all amenities even full kitchen. The balcony made the unit feel very sizeable.
Cons: The toilet position and size was very small and for a large person very difficult to use. Also on 5th floor and no elevator was a bit of a leg breaker with luggage to get to the room.

Pros: L'emplacement exceptionnel au coeur du vieux Nice, le parking payant au pied, l'aménagement de l'appartement, la terrasse même en février c'est sympathique, les équipements.
Cons: Quelques petites remarques mineures : manque portes manteaux dans l'entrée, crochets pour les serviettes et rideau de douche dans la salle de bain

Super appartement très bien situé avec jolie terrasse.
Pros: L'agencement de l'appartement avec les espaces séparés. J'ai adoré la terrasse et la localisation de l'appartement. Appartement avec cuisine très bien équipée. Super literie. Le Calme de l'appartement.

Bon séjour avec emplacement royal
Pros: L’emplacement, la propreté, la terrasse, les équipements très complets et la décoration très contemporaine.
Cons: Bien situé au 5 eme étage sans ascenseur ( on avait pas fait attention) La partie WC. Il y en a 2 dont 1 à l’extérieur sur 1 des 2 terrasses et ils sont très étroits. Pas simple La partie communication par sms ou ce sont la plupart du temps des messages automatiques On nous demande de remonter les remarques mais pas de retour sur la prise en compte Le plus dommageable a été l’annulation de la caution de 800€ qui a été faite 3 jours après suite à une relance de notre part

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf!
Pros: Perfecte locatie. Dichtbij het strand, supermarkt, bakker, restaurants en de oude stad. Het appartement was ruim, schoon en comfortabel (airco in slaapkamers en woonkamer). De tweede slaapkamer boven was perfect voor onze oudere kinderen. Het terras is heerlijk om je even terug te trekken uit de drukte van de stad.
Cons: De trappen kunnen wat veel zijn als je een paar keer per dag op en neer moet (5e verdieping).

Wir haben uns im Appartement wohl gefühlt und die Terasse sehr genossen.
Pros: Gute Aufteilung - schöne Terrasse - durch die Ausrichtung des Hauses gab es auch Schatten - sehr hell - Küche sehr gut ausgestattet - Klimaanlage - sehr zentrale Lage - alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar - Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke - ebenso Café s und Restaurants
Cons: 6. Stock ohne Aufzug Mit Koffer etwas beschwerlich Direkt gegenüber Pausenhof der Schule - Tagsüber sehr laut. Nachts aufgrund der zentralen Lage auch sehr laut.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub direkt in der City und trotzdem nur einige Schritte zum Strand ☀️🏝️
Pros: Die extrem zuvorkommenden Gastgeber Jerome und Boris...die immer für alle Anliegen und Fragen zur Verfügung standen...perfekt 👍🤗 danke nochmal 🙏🥰
Cons: Das Stiegenhaus is wirklich in die Jahre gekommen...war aber kein Problem, da das Appartement und die Terrasse sehr schön warn. Gegenüber auf der Tachterasse ist eine Kinder Ferienbetreuung....daher is es vom späten Vormittag bis Nachmittag relativ laut...was unseren schönen Aufenthalt in Nizza allerdings nicht gestört hat ☺️.
