Pros: on initial arrival at our booked apartment - keys in the lock box were stuck! it would not open. Promptly after a call to MyCasa assistance arrived to help us. The apartment was not as per the images/ sea view required angling head out of window/ no aircon/ soiled towels & arm chair. Upon discussion our concerns were listened to & we were offered another apartment in a different location, which had aircon/ was a clean & modern duplex located in a nice area with lots of bars & restaurants. MyCasa were helpful and did call us later that day to ensure we were satisfied with our new apartment, they offered excellent customer service.

Pros: Helhet; mkt bra. Var dock mkt besviken att det blev ändrat fr old town till annat läge pga skada innan vi kom. Nya lägenheten dock mkt fin o fräsch m bra centralt läge men saknade old town som jag bokat.
