Pros: location is perfect, balcony view is amazing. Very convenient for public traffic as well. 1min walk to the nearest bus station and 10-15mins walk to Nice Central train station and old town. The apartment is very beautiful and also very spacious. Same as show in the photos.

Cons: Kitchen equipment like microwave and induction cooker is not easy to use. Arrival kit can be better prepared. WIFI signal in 3 bedrooms is weak, can request extra 4G box for better connectivity from agency.
