Great place to base an exploration of Nice and Monaco.

Pros: Great location, close to Nice beach and Nice old town and main Massena Square. Airconditioned unit throughout.

Great location, easy check in and host was brilliant communicator.

Pros: Great Location in the Old Town of Nice. We were unlucky to encounter a World Summit on Oceans which affected our ability to get around Nice but you wouldn’t have known when you were in the room. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Cons: Nothing.

Great stay in Nice

Pros: The location was fantastic and the building was secure . The apartment was great for 5 nights Close to amazing shops and restaurants.

Cons: No towel change Difficulties drying towels after washing them. Small double bed. Some redecorating is needed but didn't affect us as we were not in for long

Pros: Very clean, great AC, coffee was provided, well equipped kitchen for simple meals. And the location was sooo good!

Cons: There was no instruction as to which apartment we staying in so we actually tried a few doors with the key until we say a small sticker on a door at the end of the hall. More clarity would have been helpful.

Pros: The location and value were excellent Right in the centre of all the life but on a quiet street at the same time Our host Meriem was superb friendly and helpful

Quiet apartment near the beach

Pros: Great location close to the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants. It is a 20 minute walk from Nice Ville station and not difficult with luggage as its possible to avoid stairs. There is a very small elevator in the building but enough to get 2 suitcases and 1 person in. The apartment is on the first floor and the stairs are not steep. Apartment Massena is very well equipped with a good sized refrigerator, a good nespresso machine and a washing machine. The bathroom is compact but adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The key collection process was a little unusual via a nearby cafe however it worked OK. Make sure you read all the instructions before arriving to make it easier. We would happily stay here again.

Cons: The exhaust fan in the bathroom is extremely loud and its not possible to have a light on without it so not enjoyable to brush your teeth or use the mirror when not showering. If there was a second light it could be easier.
